This misses the point entirely. We are not cooking steaks that will be put in an art museum for people to look at. We cook them to EAT! I don't care what it looks like, I CARE ABOUT HOW IT TASTES!!!!!! You did NOT TASTE THE MEAT DONE EACH WAY! To test this, you need to TASTE the meat of the steak that is not rested as soon as you take it off of the heat! All of you guys fail to understand that the MAIN point is MAXIMUM FLAVOR.

hi man, love your vids, watched loads, but just done my first steak, it was sirloin 1 inch thick done for 2 hours at 131, it was very nice, but not melt in the mouth, and more medium then rare, please any advice thanks, from UK, Reply
He done cut the picanha in the wrong direction, against the grain, for the grilled picanha. You need to cut with the grain, for a steak style picanha, so when you cut it for consumption, you are cutting against the grain. Gotta question someone's creds, when they fuck up something as basic as that.
Always grew up sharing steak with my mom because we couldnt afford 2 steaks, and she always got hers medium well so thats how ive always ordered mine because thats all I knew.
I messed up, first time cooking such a big steak and didn't have anything to cook it in. So i used one of those aluminium turkey roasters i found. turned out pretty good.
It is NOT a Scam... It takes ONE POUND of Meat to make 5 ounces of Beef Jerky. It takes many HOURS to make it It takes a lot of MONEY to make it... YOU start a Beef Jerky Company and tell me it is a SCAM BTW... in 2024 ... it is around $2.50 an ounce. to $4.00 ounce ...
For beginners who don't own a meat thermometer, it'd be handy to know the approx. time it took for the steak in the oven to reach the required internal temperature starting from room temperature 😅
Youre well done steak is not well done, there is still some pink in there and you cut it at the edge, I'm sure if you cut it in the middle it would be even more pink...
That shit is trash. Not real beef. I’m sick from all the meat that my wife buys from Wal Mart. Fuck this guy and the rest getting kickbacks from big box stores pedaling this shit to the hard working Americans.
