When I was a kid in the 1960's in Schenectady, NY, I lived next door to a family whose Mom had 2 old lady friends that had a 1963 Chrysler 300J - it was like a metallic teal in color. I love the front grill on those cars.
WE BOUGHT A 1955 DODGE CUSTOM FROM MR J C MCCAN THE BILLIONAIRE OUT OF POUGHKEEPSIE BACK IN THE 1970S BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY IT WAS ALL BLACK AND IT DROVE WONDERFUL IT WAS A GREAT CAR, THEN MY DAD MET A GUY THAT WANTED TO BUY IT, SO HE DID AND PUT IT ON A CAR TRAILOR AND HEADED FOR TEXAS, ON THE WAY THERE HE STOPPED OFF AT A REST STOP,TO UES THE BATHROOM, HE CAME OUT AND THE CAR ON THE TRAILER VANISHED , SOME ONE STOLL THE TRAILOR AND THE CAR, NEVER BEEN FOUND STILL MISSING
So it's titled as a 3/4 ton, yet has been shortened to shortbed 1/2 ton length. Hard to tell, but when listening to the engine while at the front of the truck, it sounds like a possible exhaust leak. And it's obvious that either the hood is misaligned at the cowl, or the hinges are weak..... Other than that, yeah looks nice.
