Fyi rivets drilled at 4:54 don't hold the door frame, they hold the window regulator, don't drill those unless you want to change the window regulator (possibly written down in the video but I doubt everyone can translate this including me)

You must use a long socket to tighten the nut. If even a long socket does not help, then you have a problem with those handbrake cables are stretched. I recommend changing the handbrake cables. But first you can try to remove the central plastic around the handbrake handle. And then tighten the adjusting nut.
