This podcast is very interesting and I think it touches on very important topics, such as the function that art has to connect you with yourself and how it can help you in difficult moments
Art indeed has a unique ability to connect us with our inner selves and provide solace during challenging times. It's wonderful to hear that these themes resonated with you. I hope you continue to find value in our discussions. 🙂
The podcast is very interesting, especially because of what Carlos Gavira says that adults need science fiction, because that is when they dream again, for example what he says that adults are that they feel like they are going back to their childhood when they watch science fiction movies. Also the other example that I really liked is that that is why movies like The Avengers and Star Wars are always full in movie theaters.
It's fascinating to consider how science fiction can rekindle a sense of wonder and imagination in adults, as Carlos Gavira mentioned. The idea that it brings us back to our childhood and encourages us to dream again is truly powerful. I'm glad you enjoyed the examples, insights and that you found the podcast engaging!
For me, I liked this podcast and it tells and talks about a very viral topic that most of us in society wonder about. The topic of whether there is life after death always brings me thousands of questions. The podcast made my thoughts clear. doubts about the physical and mental changes that occur at this stage, I really liked the part of learning to let go, I was satisfied when listening to this podcast
So happy to hear that you enjoyed the podcast and found it helpful in exploring such a profound topic, Aislinn. The question of life after death indeed sparks a lot of curiosity and contemplation. It's wonderful to know that the discussion helped clarify some of your thoughts and provided you with valuable perspectives, especially on learning to let go. I hope you continue to find the rest of the episodes meaningful and thought-provoking :)
It's amazing how people see a degree in nutrition as something very insignificant, when in reality it is the foundation for long-term health. Very good podcast, I hope people will be really interested in what nutrition brings to our lives and not just for fashion, or a good body, but also to prevent developing some disease.
It feels great to know that you enjoyed the podcast Valeria. You're absolutely right-nutrition plays a critical role in our long-term health and well-being, far beyond just appearance. It's essential for disease prevention and overall vitality. I'm glad to see that this message resonates with you, and I hope it encourages more people to appreciate the profound impact of good nutrition. Stay tuned for more discussions on this important topic!
I loved the chapter and I think it is very important to generate those healthy habits, for example: food, taking care of your mind, physical activity, avoiding excessive use of the cell phone, picking up your bedroom, etc. Because everything goes hand in hand and I think that psychological support is paramount, because in one part of the video they talk about the nutrition of a teenager and I do not think that the only answer is to eat better (although it is the basis of everything), because at that stage the standards of beauty, nicknames or insults to their body play a role too important for them and a meal plan is not enough, if their head is in chaos. A child being exposed to social networks gives them a different view of food and perhaps they may encounter restrictive diets such as the so-called "princess diets" and thus develop eating disorders, however, it can all start at home with offensive comments about their body. It is not only important to provide information to children, but also to inform parents so that they can encourage a complete, balanced and preventive diet.
Wow Ary, thanks for your thoughtful comment 😍. It’s totally true that kids and teens need more assistance than just nutrition tips. There's much to do for them in order to create a more accurate perception of the real world than what they see on social media 🙏🏻. Promise we'll keep an eye on this for planning further chapters :)
