People of the UK take note: In December 2021, we faced devastating loss when my Aunt Helen passed away, followed just 10 days later by my mother, Penny, Helen’s sister. Like many people, my Aunt had several wills throughout her life-people were written in, written out, and plans were changed over the years. Despite all of this, we laid my Aunt to rest without a single ounce of help from any charities. No charity was present at her funeral, no charity assisted in her burial, and none reached out with condolences to our grieving family. In the aftermath, a faceless law firm called Foot Anstey swooped in, attempting to take over the administration of her estate without any consultation with our family. Without any legal authority, they even had the audacity to reroute my Aunt's mail directly to their office. I was told in no uncertain terms by Lucy G from Foot Anstey that I would simply have to accept my Aunt’s supposed wishes. Despite my efforts to inform her that my Aunt’s will actually left everything to my mother, Lucy refused to listen. Now, as we stand here in August 2024, we have yet to properly lay my Aunt and Mother, to rest. This is because three charities-Prospect Hospice, Whales and Dolphins Conservation, and Guide Dogs for the Blind-have placed a permanent caveat on her will, deciding that even though they had no personal relationship with my Aunt, they believe they should divide her estate among themselves. Legally, they can do this if they are named in the will, but what they are really doing is preventing our family from finding closure and peace by laying our beloved Aunt to rest. On top of this, simply requesting a Subject Access Request about how these charities even knew my Aunt has somehow been labeled as harassment. We have repeatedly asked these charities to meet for mediation, and they have flat-out refused to do so. The relationship has deteriorated to the point that Whales and Dolphins Conservation (WDC) has resorted to maliciously fabricating stories about me. Foot Anstey’s own evidence, provided by Peter S, deliberately omitted crucial information related to claims they had previously mentioned, which only proves the deceptive and fabricated nature of these allegations. They’re even seeking an injunction to stop me from revealing the truth about the dark side of charity legacy divisions. Let me be clear: the truth about legacy divisions in charities is that they do not care about you, your loved ones, or your family. Their primary concern is the money they stand to gain. Just look at the numbers-39-50% of their funding comes from legacy donations. You can spare your loved ones from the trauma we are enduring. Simply do not name specific charities in your will. Instead, designate an amount to go to a charity at the executor’s discretion. This limits the power charities have over your estate and prevents them from obstructing your family’s efforts to properly lay you to rest. While these charities may be legally within their rights to place a caveat, when their actions go against the expressed wishes of your loved one and prevent your family from achieving closure, it is deeply immoral.
Don't watch whale and dolphin shows. These animals suffer in the small pools. There life is imprisonment for all the life time. Let them live free in the oceans!
We do know that since so long but fishing, science and even traditions were more important than whales, Massive killing still going on each year in The Faraoles, where dolphin and pilot whales are killed in a large number. Few places still eating their meat and using them in industries like parfumerie and much more. Those activities contribute to reduce the population of some species. Whales, dolphins, orcas, must live freely. Others are stranded, killed by ships encounters, or ill due to nanoplastics.
Absolutely love love love dolphins so so happy to be able to adopt rainbow 🌈 thank you so much for you’re awareness and support for these beautiful animals ❤
I wonder how many phones get dropped in this area every year? It occured to me that I've been watching these vids for over 15 years and you've (Charlie) always been there, thank you sir ;)
They are such beautiful animals who when you are lucky enough to see them in the wild from a boat give off the most incredible vibes!! They always have a big smile!!
Oh I'd so love to get back to Chanonry Point, the closest I've ever managed to get to dolphins. I learnt to scuba dive (to dive leader BSAC) just for that...and I still haven't got to swim with them! Wonderful job as always Charlie ;)
