My 'Motto' is to make GNM, BSc(N), Post Basic BSc(N) and MSc(N) students to understand the concept of nursing and non nursing subjects. so it is only concept based learning. once they understand the basic concept of the particular subject, it will promote the further learning. it also will be helpful for nursing students to overcome the fear of examination. i have not given much importance to PPT or notes. if the viewers are in need of that, i can attach and send.
