I take my exam 7/24/24 hopefully I pass..But to the person who Keep Interrupting the instructor is very annoying let the instructor teach you don't know more than what the instructor is trying to teach everyone.If you want to teach a class let it be your own and not someone else.

I just took my first real estate class last night. I was so disappointed with the presentation of the instructor. He covered the same material in a very dry format from the book review. I was totally bored to the point of falling asleep. I wish you were in Maryland I would drop this long & Foster class in hot minute. I learned more from watching your class this morning than the 3 and half hours I wasted last night. This is a great instructor!! Thank you 😊
It's the same way you signed the property over to the states whenever you register your private property to Washington DC and their states agency they are the third party intaveaner in the public trust
Their is a different between owners and tenants who registered to the states agency why would you not govern yourself and your family name as organic ownership over your personal life we have credit we have to understand how to operate your own business in due course
I have a question about mechanics' lien. Is there any problem to settle the obligatory guarantee for seller (grantor) in the deed with words where seller guarantee that there aren't any rights to claim a lien at this real estate by somebody? Can someone explain me what problem with approach like this?
