Never understood the fascination with Porsche. I find them ugly. That being said, people like what they like. That 1969 Lamborghini Miura is beautiful though, and the 63 split window Vette is nice as well.

I’m sorry but I find it utterly repulsive that these wealthy celebrities have literally million and millions of dollars in expensive metal sitting in a giant garage. Think of the good that could be done with that money. Don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with having a couple fancy cars if you have the dough, but come on the excessiveness of that collection is ridiculous. Same goes for Jay Leno.
@MENSA.lady2 As of June 2023.. 393 fires caused by EV batteries have been verified globally. Out of around 30 million EVs currently on the road across the world. That's measured across a 13 year period from 2010 to this year. For comparison...in Sweden alone, there were 34,000 fires from the 4.4 million petrol and diesel cars in that country alone. So...a combustion engine is approximately 20 times more likely to cause a fire than an EV. Now that you have evidence that you can verify yourself, I hope you will do what an intelligent and logical person would do and use this evidence to adjust your view and how you communicate about this subject.
Yup. Lets be real, there is only one on the market that will be able to fully take the lead and that belongs to none other than Tesla. Tesla is years ahead with their charging network, let alone their self driving FDS is unreal if you've ever sat in it (the new version). Not having dealership things to worry about, with Elon leading something like 7-10 other great companies, nobody will be able to compete with him on the market. Others will struggle to make it due to costs and you are very right.... but EV in general- when it comes to Tesla- will sky rocket: they have won. We here on Grand luxury love where the industry is going, and these shiny new EV's are nice as well. But will they be around in the near/long term? in times like they are currently, its hard to think that they will.
@GrandLuxury it's funny. You keep banging on about Tesla, but BYD a Chinese brand, sold more than Tesla in 2022 and so far in 2023. What's even more ironic, is that you don't even seem to realise that BYD are supplying their batteries to Tesla. Plus, Toyota, a Japanese brand are developing solid state batteries that will absolutely blow Tesla out of the water. Tesla fan boys hate facts.

@@MWS1960 probably very well deserved! Porsche in my opinion has one of the nicest designs out there. I find a lot of super/hyper cars look nice. but the rear of the cars look strange- Not porsche. THough i do like the mclaren.
