I wish I had one of those last week when I went ass over tin cups when I slipped on ice at 1:30 AM while taking my dog out for her final "outing" for the night. I knew it was melting snow during the day but the temps dropped like a rock and I knew where the water was pooled and stepped (so I thought) onto a frozen patch. I automatically put both hands out to break my fall and yanked my head back so I didn't face plant my nose and knock out my front teeth. Well, I sprained both wrists pretty badly and thought my dunlop (you know, my stomach done lap over my belt) protected my ribs. Guess I thought wrong. I fell heavily on my left side and didn't break any ribs, but am STILL sore as Hell, my wrists are mending nicely and my left side still pains me. Nothing that a double shot of Scotch won't help. This sounds like a great idea and hope insurance companies pay for one of these to us old fragile people.
Ouch! So glad you're doing okay. I agree it's costly, maybe private insurance will cover this in the future. There's the Air Bag, that's cheaper from overseas - s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DmRf9SN -
@@babyboomertrivia I have Medicare and Plan G so I am covered, but being a typical guy didn't go to ER or Urgent Care. I'm still sore, but this shall pass. We don't heal as fast as when we were 19.
I wish it was that way for me. Instead of being alone fighting to survive. Spend most of my time selling my belongings. Disability doesn't even pay the rent now.
I. Remember I was an Air Force Medic at the time. I was one of the medics that flew over the crowd in an army huey helicopter that helped shuttled patients out of the chopper at the Monticello HS. My first helicopter ride. What a thrill that was. I found at years later one of cousin was hi and drunk in one of the trees.
I told my wife I was going but remembering I had 3 young sons at the time.. Yes I was drinking and usually I did what I wanted to do.. I knew work would call because we were having problems with the runway lights I was the airport electrician and sure nuff they did and i fixed them..I took care of the kids while the wife went shopping.. It all worked out for the best.. Later seeing crowds I'm glad I didn't go...
I found youtube video library on my phone and the music is very different. I uploaded my video with this background music 6 years ago on my computer and I see limited music in the audio library. Good luck if you know other places to search. Now I'm curious. My video with that music is under Kaye V my other channel Confusing...
Steve V:... Wow! With that stick you've got wedged so far up your arse, it must be extremely difficult and uncomfortable for you to have to sit for as long as it takes to complete those "watching beige paint dry" marathons you clearly go in for...!!!
