DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM TUSCAN HEIGHTS OR THEIR PARENT COMPANY GREYSTAR They are basically slumlords. Just ask Savanna Uland, whose car was towed and impounded because she couldn't get new plates at the DMV during the Covid shutdown. Tuscan Heights didn't care and the predatory company they hired basically stole her vehicle from her and she never got it back after they demanded $1600 for its return! Her mailbox has been damaged for months to the point where USPS will no longer deliver her mail but they refuse to fix it. When you want to move out they will demand a 60 day notice but will not ever answer your calls, it's always "The person you need to talk to is out of the office" and voicemails, they also won't tell you EXACTLY what format and means you must submit this notice, so look forward to paying for 2 extra months rent you're not using at the end of your lease. There are roaches at this slum and they charge YOU to treat your apartment for them, maintenance requests go unanswered and there is still ice on the walkways that they NEVER cleared off after the snow storm. Oh, and Tuscan Heights doesn't fall far from the tree, their parent company Greystar never answers the phone and has a phone tree system that just malfunctions and eventually says "Sorry" and disconnects you.
