Welcome/velkommen to Game4LifeBG all about board games.
We hope we can help you to figure out how a game is played and if a game is something for you, we all have different tastes in games, so hopefully our videos can help you.
We’ll make lots of different videos: how to play, play through, solo play through, review, unboxing, top 10, channel news & vlogs from board game conventions like Essen SPIEL & UK Games Expo.
There will be videos in English and Danish on this channel.
Hope you’ll enjoy our videos and want to follow us :D Happy gaming
This is what I would describe as a perfect family deck builder. Played it UKGE, just after seeing you there Helle! Funnily enough I was asking you about Line at Expo and here she is playing that game I played straight after seeing you at Expo! Funny world, keep making the content!
Really thank you for this vids this vids really helpful on how to run and set up as well as explain real clearly so in This vid you will know how to dig to fight move craft as well as how to win the game !!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Lol how i can watch this long footage from start untill the end 😂😂😂😂😂
You do a great job at explaining everything you're doing, which makes this game easier to understand so Thank You! 9 Phases is alot to actively remember when playing. I loved "I'm rolling badly guys"! 😂 That's my life story!❤
Thank you for the video, really enjoyed it, definitely a game I'd love to play. I also have to say that I really enjoy watching your videos, you are always so happy and seeing you play solo got me into solo board gaming as well! Thanks for the great work!
Thank you so much Gabrielle, I'm glad to have inspired you to also play solo games. I mostly started doing it to learn the rules for games, then it was easier for me to explain the rules. But I also very much enjoy playing solo 😊
Rules clarification for the Gardener Market action: It will move one space per Market action and plant that many tulips, for the basic market action on the Wheel it is 2 spaces (it will skip full spaces).
Brilliant playthrough, thanks a lot! Just a clarification. When doing the market action, the bot moves the number of spaces shown on the icon, and gains a tulip that many times. This means it would have only moved once when doing the market action from the windmill placed, and also that it would have only gotten 2 tulips when it moved 3 spaces because one step was full.
Oh my, the components look so great! Looking forward to the solo playthrough as well. Barcelona, another Dani Garcia game, did a great job with it, I hope this one will work just as smoothly, I really really love the theme here!
Hi Helle, i went full in on the Witcher campaign, really enjoy it either solo or with 1 or 2 friends. The expansions also are very good and bring more to the game. 50% of the game painted already also... NICE !
It's nice to see other people's view on the expo I did a vlog as well my mic isn't as good so I've had to use mucic 😅 do you think all us RU-vidrs should hold a challenge XD
Sure it us ;) Sound can be a challenge. We have also used music in some of our first vlogs with Line, where we didn't have a good mic 😅 what kind of a challenge?
Aw, lucky duck, you got Witchcraft! I can't wait to see your video on that. Glad you had fun at the Expo. And you're in for more fun when you get home and unpack all your goodies!
Just letting you know you didn't pronounce valley correctly as you feared. You are making the W sound instead of V sound. But it's not a criminal offence so think you get away with it. 😂
Thanks for getting these out so quickly, so we can see what we are missing! Love the Playtest area, always so much creativity and unusual ideas. We played Spokes at Airecon and LOVED it. Such a simple concept but its so tense and exciting. Great seeing Bez, wish we could have tried out her new Mickey Mouse game and had a hug !
Seems much busier than previous years on Friday, usually thats the quiet day! As you say in the video it is Half Term in the UK so children arent at school. 20 Player Blood on the Clock Tower would have been great, nice it was outside too for a bit of freshair
I was much more busy also on the Friday and Saturday was crazy as usual and then Sunday fewer people. It was a huge game and nice with some fresh air but man it was cold ;)
Watching this was bad for our Piggy Bank. There are so many games to add to our wish list now. It's nice to see how games have grown since last year as they move closer to release. The preview day seems a bit less caotic than last year.
Yes, it did seem like there were fewer people, but there could have been more space between the tables it was a bit narrow. Hope your enjoying your honeymoon :)
I just ordered this game, 5 years after you posted this. We have all the Azul games and like abstract puzzles! I think it will take a few turns for me to wrap my head around picking, laying, and planning out when I should lay certain cards. I guess the one I ordered is the second edition, which I think just has different colors. Not sure why they felt the need to change it, I like it more colorful!
Sounds like you had a fun time (and yes, that was a real policeman :) ). And you met Bez. Her mini card games are quirky and a lot of fun with the right people. The train game is published by Chaosium. It's a co-op deduction game called "Horror on the Orient Express: The Board Game". It is based on a classic campaign for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game, adapted to the boardgame format. I hope to go to the expo in a coming year. It looks exhausting but awesome.
Must be a lot of fun being there at the Expo. Are you going to maybe make a video of Windmill Valley later on, like unboxing and such? Would be very much interested! :D Have a fun weekend!
