Here to point out that even if you have true 1:1 sensitivity for the 1x/iron sight, it only covers for smgs/pistols. It is dumb that apex still have the issue with this. Did you know that the 1x/iron sight covers for 3 different fov meaning it requires 3 sensitivity but apex simplified it to just 1 sensitivity bar to change, even if you have 1:1 sens with your smg/pistols, if you ADS with the assault rifle, it is actually not 1:1 sadly. we can never have true 1:1 aim in apex. (depending on which fov you changed to)
your sens changes depending on fov which is why having all your scope settings as the same sens would be a problem. However by changing each sens for each type of scope eg 8x, 2x, 4x, you are able to match the different fovs and different sensitivities in a way that give you the same cm/360 regardless of fov. so i do think its possible to have 1:1 i even ran a program that checked if they all worked.
@@voitek7944 but the problem still relies on the 1x/iron sight sensitivity scale not the 2x 4x and 8x, after changing sensitivity e.g R301 to the same cm/360 the iron sight and the 1x scope are the same. The problem starts when you switch to the R99. Not all guns have the same ADS iron sight fov, i suggest u trying cm/360 while iron sight ADS between r99 and r301, i think you’ll get what i mean
Hey guys this is the car pack I've been using, Join the discord server discord.gg/ZVN3kj2d go to "official-releases" and then download the file that's named "DWG 3.0 Part 1-001" Enjoy!
at 1:00 I mention the new sensitivity value I get from the magnification column, if you look at the magnification column the number you are asking about will show as you go down the list. that is the number/sensitivity that will give me 1:1 sens for my 1x scopes. However the number that is shown on the left side "1.3182" is just the number from the column except its rounded up that's all. hope that helps, if not feel free to ask about what you don't understand.
If you want your hipfire sense to be the same speed as your ADS sens then you'll have to go on the website and follow the steps on the video to the point where you just paste your values in then look at the right side and it will show centimeter per 360 sensitivities for each sight e.g 1x, 2x, 3x zoom and then choose the ads sight with the sens you want. It will have a cm/360 value on it. Go onto a cm/360 to Apex sensitivity converter and that will be your new hipfire sens. However that will end up changing your ads sens so once you get the new sens you do all the steps in the video except your hipfire sens that you put in will be the new one that you got from the converter
Not been on the website since I made the video. I'd be in the same situation as you. if you're using 3 sens 400 dpi I could tell you the ads multilayer as I have it saved if that helps
Read only makes the files inside unchangeable even if a game wants to change them. Eg If I put my sens as 120 and apex auto switches it to 100 because for some reason 120 inst allowed. I would put my files read only and now apex cannot change my files or settings.
@@voitek7944 i just cant get the same sens (or cm) that people have wich is weird i just want to 1;1 and i cant even i feel dumb af (tks for answering tho)
1:1 is a matched amount of distance, you have to move the mouse, to aim to a point, across all scopes, witch isnt related to a degree, its related to monitordistance. Like when you are scoping in with a 2x scope, your vision is zoomed in and your fov smaller, but you can see more far. The end of your vision left and right represents the max amount of fov for that moment (still zoomiing in with the 2x) So you should match the cm of your mouse to reach ingame the distance to aim to the left and right end of vision, to the end of your vision in the hipfire. So the actual degress you are turning the caracter dont matter at all, dont match 360 distance!
Dude, I know what you are saying. you want to match the speed that gives the same speed feeling of hipfire however a lower fov/ higher zoom scope gives the illusion of a faster sens so to account for this we can lower our sens to make up for the change in speed which will give us the feeling of having the same sens. However this new sens only works for the middle of your screen or whatever you are looking at in your field of vision as if you were to match your hipfire sens with a 8x kraber and used the sens that gives the same feeling of speed, you would have to do a load more swipes to achieve the 180 or even a 90° turn. which is inconsistent. both have their ups and downs. A sens that matches monitor distance is only good assuming your target is always in the centre of your screen else mouse movements near the edges of the screen will feel faster or slower than the sens in the middle. If you are still intrigued feel free to drop your discord!
Bro i just want to tell you, that i think you missunderstood something. Dont take this offensive, i take my time to tell u something for no benefit for me. same 360/cm is not a 1:1 sens ratio because you zoom in, that means your virtual edge of your monitor is smaller. Matching the sens to the distance you have to move the mouse to the virtual edge of the monitor is a 1:1 ratio. A extreme Example but more easy to understand: Zoom in with the Kraber and shoot 1 time on a wall, we name this mark point A. than move your scope, that point A is on the Right edge of your scope (dont zoom out, the entire time). Shoot again, and move your scope now that point A is on the left edge of ur scope, shoot. if you aim on point A you should have 2 other marks on the edges of your scope. Thats the virtual edge of your monitor aka fov. keep scoping in! Now move your mouse from the very left mark to mark the right mark and use something on your mousepad to measure the distance (if you use for this test extreme low dpi like 400 its more easy to measure, cuz more distance) NOW scope out after you have the distance on the mousepad, and move ur caracter closer to the impact marks. move your hipfire crosshair to point A and move closer the the wall until the impactmarks on the left and right are on the edges of your monitor. And if you move your mouse now again from the very left mark the the very right mark it should be the same like with the kraber. That means the same pixeldistance monitordistance and not the same cm /360 is right. because the same 360 cm with the kraberscope FOR EXAMPLE is way faster than your hipfire cm360 and the same with the ironsights 2x 3x its the same priciple every time.
your 1:1 ratio would just work if the fov with every differnt scope would be the same, but because every fov is getting smaller, the more you zoom in the virtual edges of your sight are changing and your sensi should be matched to exaxly this edge.
@@rickfleischmann5133 cm/360 is the xentermeteres I have to move my mouse to do a 360. If I set my 1x gun to a sens which is 20cm/360 I can make my 8x a sens that will be different sens but willy still give me the same cm/360. However both will feel really different because of the fov difference. That's all I'm saying if that doesn't make sense then elaborate please. Thank you for commenting
@@voitek7944 i was just giving the example with the kraber because its like the most obvious example to understand why matching your hipfire sensi with your scoped sensi like you have shown makes not a 1:1 ratio. Drop your dc if you dont get it 100%
What's the benefits to 1:1 I've been trying out the settings and I'm not sure what it is but I feel more accurate. My theory is that because when using aim trainer all I do is hip fire. But could this be the reason? Because before I basically had 2 sensitivitys.
well as you said usually you have 2 sensitivities. meaning thats two sensitvities you can switch between. 1:1 allows for you to just feel natural using hipfire and ads. its prefference although imo it allows for consistency as both senses feel natural
@@capuchiin yes im 99% sure it does. make sure to get real fov value from your game file and put the res in into the calculator and the fov number. if you change res in game it might affect your sens
@@voitek7944 Sorry I forgot to change numbers until I get same cm on 1x ( Nope I did it right the first time, my ads just feels a bit faster than my hipfire)
What does this vid explain? Does 1:1 mean making your ads sensitivity the same speed as your hipfire? Aren't there advanced controls to use instead of this?
So for controller players do you just base the values off your 1x sense instead of hip fire? EX. I use 140 pitch and yaw in ALC, so putting 184.5472914740694 as my mouse sensitivity would make my 1x sense 140. I'm jot really sure how to negate the fov effects even with that though
Match it to your re45 sens. You want your 1x to be same as hipfire. Also there isn't a point doing this. A mouse is on a 2d surface giving it pin point accuracy. Controller isn't. controller works on the angle you put your stick and how long you hold it there. either keep getting better on controller or bite the bullet and go on mnk and be the best you will ever been
@@vanishment5158 he means if you want the ads distance to match the hipfire distance perfectly you copy the magnification on the table and paste it instead of the made up value you made
Holy shit that's genius, explained it better than the deep asf voice guy. Should I be worried if my base sens is 1.4 and I had to bump my ADS sensitivity from 2-11 for scopes 1x to 1x10 just to make it all even and matched? I never expected the game engine to have lowered my sensitivity that much.
