It's like taking all the great bands from the past and creating an AWESOME BAND!!!! You can hear Cheap Trick..Thin Lizzy..Queen..Bad Company..Slade..Def Leopard..too many to mention in my opinion....
I’ve watched 15 versions of this live and I don’t think dan ever gets it right. Always mistakes on his solos etc. I like the band but I always thought he was better tbh. His guitar isn’t even tuned right in this one.
I assume it's the use of the capo that is forcing him to make adjustments to the leads he is playing. Seen a few videos of this song where he uses one, and it's always quite high up the neck. Capo might also explain the tuning problems.
