Kardia is the Greek word for "heart". This channel features worship dance fitness choreography set to contemporary Christian worship music.
Our Christian dance choreography is based on modern and contemporary dance styles rather than hip hop dance styles, which means the movements are generally lower in impact on the knees while emphasizing more range of motion and flexibility in our limbs.
The hope is that you can dance and feel more connected in body, soul, and spirit and experience the presence of God while you dance and get physically and spiritually healthy.
Kardia was founded in 2017 by Nikki, Jordan and David who met in a dance fitness class and soon discovered they shared a passion for both dance and Jesus. We hope that dancing along to these videos will help people grow both physically and spiritually.

I've done this one twice now and I'm already getting better! I have done a lot of them twice now but I think so far this one is my favorite! The moves are easier for me as a beginner and the repetition is helping me because the moves go to specific parts in the song and you can know easier what move you are going to do right away! 😃 I really like the song echo because it is so fun! But I need to get better at the moves. As a beginner I need to get stronger but I will!😃 I pray that my knee is healed and will get stronger!
