Ok, this is weird. I have never liked Tamara Rojo as a dancer, but her Raymonda third act variation is one of the best I've ever seen. And I was prepared to dislike it!! Hats off, Ms. Rojo!

around 0'13〜: My biggegt challenge was to…not try to be how most people think Giselle should be,but just try to be whatever feels right for…for the role.
Blue on blue, awful costumes (split breast bodice top widens her to nearly manly appearance)! I have never fully realized, until now, how much scenography and costumes may take away from otherwise great performance!
SPECTACULAR! . ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. MUSICALITY, TECHNIQUE.....THEILLING PERFORMANCE BY STUNNING TAMARA ROJO! WHAT FARUKH RUZIMATOV , THOUGH NOW RWTIRED, OR CHUPIN COULD DO WITH THIS ROLE WOULD BE BEYOND SUPERLATIVE. DID, HOWEVER, LOVE MCRAE.
Superlativi.Bighin Giulio Renzo 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
the scenery is beautiful, i feel like a lot of theaters don’t put this much effort into staging like they used to. it’s disappointing but i am still very happy to see it was prevalent at some point.
That's because it was originally a ballet "interlude" in an opera performance of Strauss's Die Fledermaus. It's now performed by the RB as a standalone Ashton piece. Lucky singers here getting a close-up view of Park and Eagling!
Just for the fact that Nureyev gave the West this exquisite version of the 3rd Act of Raymonda, he should be lifted up to heaven. Brilliant work Tamara. Steven doesn't understand anything about the character but dances perfectly well.
