I recently purchased the Grace Q'nique 16X machine.. It did not come with the light bar. It did come with a frame, but I didn't need that, because I already had a frame that I purchased last Hallowe'en. Maybe the light bar is in with the frame? I left the frame at the dealer. Should I check to see if the light bar is there?
My sister just gave this machine to me. She's had it for years and never could get it to sew right. She took it to her local pfaff dealer MANY times and they kept "adjusting" it and sending her home with it...still not working right. She admits it' MIGHT be user error. so now _I_ have it. I'm not a sewer. I have a LOT to learn! thanks for this video. It's helped me with my feelings of terror and dread.
Since you are so knowledgable reg. The Bernette 70 Series, My Bernette B77 started to show me a maintenance message whenever I switch the machine on. I only have the machine 2 1/2 weeks and I keep on taking the stitch plate off and clean, but the message still pops up.

I have had this machine over 5 years and love it. I have a pull to the left that nobody acknowledges when I take it for service. It works beautifully and is a quiet machine
Hello Ken’s - do you all have a video tutorial with THIS machine using the fonts to make a quilt label - or similar item? I’d really like to see that done
I have that machine, the cutter catches the thread but won't cut it, it just get caught around the cutter. For the price the cutter should work properly.
I’m looking the janome 740DC and the brother pacesetter PS500 What are the differences and the reviews. I’m wanting it for quilting and other projects but need it to do thick fabric
Please do call us. We will be happy to compare these for you. Between these 2 the Brother has a larger throat space for quilting but there are also other Janome machine comparable like the Skyline S3

Need advice ❤I'm looking for a machine that is durable, will last long, NO screen/lcd or any other unnecessary electronics (they break, i don't need them, just want simple), has automatic needle-threader, has top-loading bobbin and uses plastic class-15 bobbins. Has all the basic stitches and stretch-stitch for elastics. I'm considering Singer Heavy Duty 4452, as I will need to sew through leather and jeans occasionally. But I heard Singers break a lot (local sewing repair shop told me). Any suggestions pretty please?
