I trust this group, because they went the extra step of showing to lube the cable and lever while this was being done. If you love your Harley...learn to maintain her properly and not just rush through crap.
Real life hero coming from the past and saving my bike. Pretty sure the video from J&P that had me confused as hell because it's a newer bike was also you sharing the ancient wisdoms.
If I wrap mine, can I still put heat shields on over it? Is there still room to put the shields on? I want extra heat protection since I’m extremely short and it’s hard to keep my leg away from the exhaust.
i had a 2011 fatboy with a road king 21" windshield on it, it was above my head and i loved it!!! i have a 17" on my slim and its to my nose and to me its way too short, no matter how i angle it i get buffeting. i liked looking thru the windshield on the fatboy
I sure wish there had of been the video of the section where Pipe#2 meets pipe#1 , and the wrapping technique. Also , does it matter which pipe i start with? My top pipe rear cylinder is shorter , so I wanted that pipe to get the wrapping that went to the collector so I wouldn't run short , 2" at 25 feet lengths. And overlap with the lower pipe cylinder in front ?
your background music covered up the sound of air you lost while removing the pump from the Schrader valve. Every time you even just check the pressure of your tires or your air suspension especially, you’ll hear a little hiss every time. I don’t care how fast you are. You are losing air that’s what that sound is. I have a video on how to add air to your air suspension without over pressurizing it, and without losing air by unscrewing a manual tire pump if you care to look at my video. The title is, add air to air suspension in one second.. in the video I show how I added a second air pressure gauge to my compressor. One is before the air hose shut off valve. And the other one that I’ve added is before the air hose. The way to do it is, just put enough air in the air hose that is required by your forks or your shock, and then add the air to your forks or your shock. That’s only putting the air that is in the air hose at that pressure that you will get a reading from the air gauge you add to the beginning of the air hose after the compressor shut off valve. Very simple. The air pressure gauge I bought was at Harbor freight for something like nine dollars.. in my video, you can see that I add air to my air forks and it literally takes one second by using a press on standard air chuck.. save your money, don’t buy one of these manual bicycle pumps with a gauge on it because you are losing air when you take it off. A lot of air.. Air forks hold so small of a capacity of air, that you can unknowingly let all of the air out in less than a second..
just purchase memphis shade for my 08 suzuki boulevard C90T the instructions was send with kit are kind hard to figure out , anybody know any complete step by step mounting instructions [ video or audio].Thank you
Thank you very much.at of all the HD videos on YT. this is is the most similair to my bike, I have a 2005 15 anniv fatboy, 95" 1550cc. IT looks just like mine, with the SAME EXACT BARNETT CABLE/ADJUSTER. ( which is the only one i see on here). Everytime i was adjusting the damn, cable. i could never get a reall good adjustment, with the Barnett, opposed to the stock original cable(much easier,no thinking). It always seemed a bit off. i thought the cable was stretching??? No...it was that i have the Barnett cable, upside down, the long barrel(adjuster) is on the TOP, IN THE VIDEO, ITS ON THE ,BOTTOM ( the correct way). so now, i have to do my adjustment upside down, the whole time i was using the small end, of the barrel. Thats why nothing ever seemed right. ty again.
I have the same headlight as the red dyna , I was sent the MEB9892 extension block which does not seem to line up with the headlight. I’ve been trying to get answers out of customer service but not hearing back.
