The people seem nice and the city seems nice..not to large or small. I am from and live in Austin Texas. I want out. Austin is crowded, dirty, crime ridden and it cost a fortune. Plus there is not a change of seasons. It goes from hot and sweltering for almost over 5 months, to floods and frigid cold in the winter. I want out one day.
I wish someone had the financial ability to build a visitor hotel with great marketing skills to provide great service and cuisine and transportation of tours of our zoo', parks, Architecture like Union Terminal, Music Hall and the Banks. And various tours available of new breweries while describing the history of so many old breweries and the history of naming us the Queen City. Also Coordinated River Boat Cruises, Rides to Casino's and Horse Races, Train Rides to the Golden Lamb in Lebanon. Also extended tours of Wright Patterson AFB and the NFL Hall of Fame in Canton.
How is Cincinnati compared to Louisville to live for singles? I would like a vibrant city that is accepting of outsiders. Don't want to live in a cliquish city.

I'm being real with u I love my cin but I lost way more then any dam picture they have can bring BK everything I and lots of ppl lost isn't it amazing how they can paint a place so beautiful yet it's so not safe for ppl or ther kid's unless it's day Time kinda like this say ur looking for a place to move and the places u look at in the day time are so nice pretty clean nice ppl renting it to u it looks safe but then u move in and omg night time comes and u set on ur porch and u see compleatly different stuff rats tuning around ppl hanging out around in drive ways smoking drinking next thing u hear shots and it's like that every nite lol ur land lord doesn't know he DNT Liv around ther and ur stuck in a bad not safe naborhood that ppl never talk about here's a good one that's never happened before right that's a big fat lie lol never ever lesson to ppl smiling away telling u all these great things becàuse wat ur tuning from to move to a better place might be worse hers how u know it's safe do wat I learn to do first before u pick a place go visit ther set outside ware u Wana move day time and nite on the weekend in a chair with a couple ppl u know if ppl ask say I'm thinking about moving here if u DNT have problems or nothing bad happens at nite on weekends then it's safe but if it gets crazy it stupid u didn't make a mastske truss me that's they only safe way to move now check it out before u get traped god bless everyone keep safe
here's why u better not come to cin specaily downtown lol lies lies lies I grew up down town to and if u really wanted to know watch the real new ppl are always fighting ppl are getting killed I can say this they will drain u from ur money ur mind stress and stress I can name lots of ppl died down there and I DNT care if it called bars or clubs alhcolic and drugs mix well down there ppl geting evicted all the time they lie about do much down there oh and yes parades thru the summer are good exsept the river ratts come from the river every nite up into the city and omg are they not huge like cats see downtown is so fake it anit funny and u better watch out wat naborhood u are walking in if u still want to wake up ppl who are trying to get u down there aren't being honest ppl I know just ask Price Hill Avondale Walnut hills ppl or maybe ppl who ran to New Port or ky covetin they only two places that's ever been fun or good and safe is day time is foutain square or Washington Park they have always been good with them two to get your money lol but if u look closely u will see closed down building's in between open places those closed down painted are borded up building's that cd have huge ratts in them from the river front river because they have parades and festivals all summer long and never clean it up til morning before they start all over again downtown gives u good memories but all so causes u alit of bad ones in the end ware do u think so many ppl on drugs or alcoholic ppl start from downtown it's a very nasty trapp but omg do they have such beautiful pictures of the city it's light this day time is beautiful and night can be to in some places but the real truth and reality is not not not safe DNT be foid
I moved to Cincinnati in 2012. I was born and raised in NJ. I feel like everything here is better when compared to NJ. The only two downsides are: 1) you’re far from the ocean, if that matters to you. 2) the spring allergy season is insane here. I’ve never been bad with allergies and I dread spring time in Cincy.
Born in Cincinnati and lived there 42 years. Moved to St. Augustine Florida in 2001 with absolutely zero regrets. I come back to Cincinnati every fall for a couple weeks to visit family and friends. Always get there between 12 and 4AM. Never ever get tired of seeing the city at night while coming down the hill in KY.

Note AFTER watching: MOST of your schools are rated in the LOWER portions for the academic rating systems (those that are not, are MOSTLY in the upper income ranges). Sure, OTR has been redone. In doing so, Cincinnati FORCEFULLY moved out many lower income people including FAMILIES AND HOMELESS PEOPLE. IN DOING SO, THEY FORCED THEM TO BE AWAY FROM THE EXACT AGENCIES WHO ARE SET UP TO HELP THESE PEOPLE! Yeah, good job Cincinnati. NO MENTION OF THE HIGH CRIME RATES, ESPECIALLY IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA YOU ARE PRAISING SO HIGHLY! NOT EVERYONE CARES ABOUT SPORTS, YET ALL WERE INCLUDED IN PAYING THE EXTRA TAXES FOR 2 NEW STADIUMS. I could go on and on. I'll stop here and just say, I suppose someone has to love it.

Hyde Park Square. Can't tell you how many evenings we spent hanging out there. We even streaked the line for the theater a few times. Lol. The cops hated us and we returned their hatred in abundance. Lmao.
I have the same question, I'm a light skinned Mexican but I'm curious about segregation, Cincinnati looks such a beautiful city, but I don't look like a typical white American with blue eyes.
