Sir My name is Himanshu, a researcher in Chandigarh, India. I'm working on a project to identify a new site for solid waste management. I came across your expertise in Google Earth Engine (GEE) and was hoping to request a video tutorial on applying weighted overlay analysis specifically for landfill site selection in Google Earth Engine . . A video demonstrating this technique for landfill siting would be an valuable resource for my research. Sir please make a video tutorial on weighted overlay analysis for selection of dumpsite on Google Earth engine Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Himanshu

The return where it ended with ('year'), will you show all the codes on line 33 and thanks for your lesson. I will appreciate if you can send feedback please.
For those who want to copy and paste the code fast and easily: var point = ee.Geometry.Point([22, 40]); // Load the Landsat 8 surface reflectance image collection. var image = ee.ImageCollection('LANDSAT/LC08/C02/T1_TOA') .filterBounds(point) .filterDate('2020-01-01', '2020-12-31').first() Map.addLayer(image, {bands: ['B4', 'B3', 'B2'], max: 0.4}, 'Raw Landsat', false); Map.centerObject(image); var scored = ee. Algorithms.Landsat.simpleCloudScore (image); var mask = scored.select(['cloud']).lte(20); var masked = image.updateMask(mask); Map.addLayer(masked, {bands: ['B4', 'B3', 'B2'], max: 0.4}, 'Cloud Masked');
Hello, id like to ask if you know how to deal with an error in the console that says "Cloud Masked: Layer error: Landsat.simpleCloudScore: Image is not a Landsat scene or is missing SENSOR_ID metadata." Im still learning to use Gee thank you.
Thank you for this tutorial! I had just one doubt regarding the colorbar. When playing the gif, you can see the color sections in the upper ranges of the colorbar also changing. Though, it is faintly visible in your case, these changes are prominent in mine. Is this okay?
thankyou for providing this on youtube, this is just some kind suggestions, the audio is very low in this particular video, there can be improvements in audio quality in future videos <3
hey how about the access to the code to follow along, i was following along with Landsat but then the Sentinel part was too long and it would be great if you provided it so we can follow along
Hi Thank you very much for the information. I have an error entitled "Error generating chart: Image.multiply: If one image has no bands, the other must also have no bands. Got 0 and 1" when i run the code. I would be appreciated if you kindly guide me on how to solve this problem?
You need to use MOD16A2GF.061: Terra Net Evapotranspiration Gap-Filled 8-Day Global 500m. The regular product that is called in this code no longer has dates before 2021.
Hi, my AOI is in Indonesia. But, there is notification "Number (Error) Collection.loadTable: Expected asset 'projects/sat-io/open-datasets/MSBuildings/Indonesia' to be a Collection, found 'IndexedFolder". Do you have idea how i solved this?
@@spatialelearning Not really. I know that,. But I have hundreds of pictures and was looking for a code that would enable to upload my data in GEE from my local drive, without having to upload them to Google Cloud Storage.
