Thank you for sharing. What about if the ulnar nerve is sublaxing in this movement/position , is this dysfunction possibly coming from the bicep tendon issue?
Just yelled at 3 kids for randomly screaming at a woman walking by. Yelled at them for being little punks. And told them they were lucky it wasn't my wife cause they would have been toothless. Back in my day, that never would have happened, no respect because no repercussions

Great interview and this really has a great approach on things. I like what he said about helping people figure out why they think and do what they do. One small win at a time. Very empowering for sure. I feel the same way 😉
I wish he covered dosages/protocols for BPC157. Dosage recommendations are all over the place. Also, someone who has researched BPC for 14 years says: "Best way to use BPC is 1ml per 1000mcg then go ½ to 1ml per administration to your test subject. A loading phase is ideal for repair research. Day 1-4 1500mcg day (can do 750mcg AM and 750mcg PM... sounds high but its needed for serious injury. Day 5+ would be 500-750mcg/day." Would have loved Jean's take on this.
