I was in Noe Valley one day and saw this restroom right next to a park. Went inside… nothing special… just a toilet (surprise!). The only special thing about it is that it’s painted red.
Great story and background,,,,But 6 Million this ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!!!! The home market is the biggest scam in the USA,,,,,truly unjustified !!!!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Doesn’t matter if you vote yes or no they will do it anyway. California will find a way to close it down. They already did close it down no ballot measure voted on. Point proven
Hahaha. So the home had something so wrong with it that they are reselling it just a year after buying? And it depreciated in cost by THREE MILLION? Maybe someone who is easily distracted by the ADHD talking style might miss those keys facts, but that’s hilarious.
So you recommend buying a condo or one of your other listings to to watch the BA's? Sounds like a great idea! Or, as a less economically taxing option, are you holding open houses this weekend and wouldnt mind having a handfull of photographers hanging out on the roof? Are refreshments provided? Can I bring the kids and dogs? Might as well do a video oon the best inacessible prisons or bank vaults to watch the blue angels! Yay lol!
Only the filthy rich need apply...dude please...oh boy rub elbows with vile pelosi and friends...SF is a dirty dangerous place that is unless you are dirty rich and can avoid the zombies
I cannot wait to move back with my girlfriend. The song by Journey called lights, I almost start crying when I hear "I want to get back to my city by the bay.."
Although I like some parts of this city to LA, but this city would be a lot better, if it had bigger lots. But due to the small size of the city, it's understandable. Very easy to get out and about, in San Francisco and Manhattan. Everything very close to you and a lot of walking paths. You don't get much of that in LA. Just the very good hiking spots, that's it
I grew up in Saint Francis Wood and we had our home there for 60 years (just sold it last year). It was the most beautiful place to grow up, with quick access to Ocean Beach, Stern Grove, and so much more. I was surprised you didn't talk about West Portal which is literally a few blocks away and in easy walking distance. There are restaurants, bars, cafes, a wonderful library, access to the Muni which zips downtown in minutes, grocery stores, a wine bar, vet clinic, nail salons, banks, pharmacies, boutiques, and more. A lot of the old folks who bought their homes in the 1960s and 1970s are passing away, and a new crop of families are moving in and infusing new life into the neighborhood. Gone are the days when you'd see all us kids on the block riding our bikes and rollerskating up and down the street until our moms' called us in for dinner, but it's still a safe and idyllic place to grow up. Yes, it's foggy a lot due to the close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, but even on foggy days and nights, it's so beautiful there.
Nope. Nightlife does not end at 10:00 PM in San Francisco or anywhere in the Bay Area. That's crazy to say and not true. It's never been that way. Depending on the activity, night life in San Francisco, and the entire Bay Area, ends anywhere between 12:00 AM - 2:30 AM. This is coming from someone who actually goes to concerts, Broadway shows, SF Jazz, Symphony, night markets, comedy shows, sporting events, roller skating, expeditions, art shows, movies, restaurants, lounges, clubs, etc. in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. With resources such as SF Gate, SF Chronicle, SF Eater, Do The Bay, SF Fun Cheap, etc. to name a few, no one should have any problems finding things to do and meeting people in the San Francisco Bay Area. One has to be willing to research activities and put themselves out there. It's the same with Los Angeles and other cities. There's plenty to do. You just have to find it. San Francisco is not a 24 Hour city like NYC. However, there's a good night life scene.
There's def good nightlife in the City in places like Mission, North Beach, Marina. In most of the City though, places aren't open that late. Agree those are all great resources to find fun activities and things open late.
We already have Golden Gate Park at one end Park Merced at the other end and a couple miles of Ocean Beach right in between so now they want to close the Great Highway for yet another park ? We don't need another park in the neighborhood keep the Great Highway open 😊
This is awesome. I sure hope they add music venues small and large w wonderful Sonic spaces so it brings peace n revenue for all our creatives out there.
You don’t know what you’re talking about because more than $1 million to build a house in San Francisco but you’re sassy ass don’t understand that the homeless people won’t allow the bathroom to stay clean so we need a self cleaning bathroom to allow people to use it because if it’s not self cleaning, no one going to be able to use it regardless if it’s there or not
Please don't say SoMa...there is no such place. It is a name made up by carpet baggers like you, who came to SF and started give it NY names. Please, please go back to New York. San Francisco does not need or want you.
I often find his content helpful and on-target. However, I definitely don't agree with weighting a subjective metric such as "being close to Marin" so heavily while grading neighborhoods concretely. By that logic, what grade does Pac Heights get dropped to for not being convenient to SFO for travelers? The subjectivity scale he applies sort of did a disservice to where I think he was going with this.
The point was to rank them for my personal lifestyle and preferences. Obviously someone who needs to commute to the South Bay or fly weekly for work will not put being close to Marin as a priority.
