My Candolences go out to you. Theres so many stories about our loved one's, best friend's and our pets that establish everything and beyond their capabilities their here to make us happy and bragg obout them and cry for them. Labs are why there the best dogs in the waterfowl world ,thick chubbies we love to watch them work so hard for the retrieved birds. I tell my wife they work beyond and above their duties to work even if something is very wrong in their life. Teal is one to fit the mold not many reach the platform of success. Thaks for this tuterial. It hits hard in the hearts of waterfowl people like me. RIP TEAL.
I remember watching this video 14 years ago when I was a kid learning how to duck hunt. Still come back and watch it every year. Hope it never gets lost.
I love coming back to this video every now and then. I enjoyed my time in the blind with Steve, Boz, and I can't for the life of me think of the other guy's name. Boz even took me and my buddy back to his place after hunting and his wife made us some of Bogota's finest duck. First I ever had that I truly liked and wanted more of. Sent us home with the recipe and everything. Fine folks, and wish I'd made more trips.
The longer the barrel the deeper the pitch of the call, the shorter, the higher the pitch of the call. It may just be my backwards way of thinking, but it just feels like a long barrel would be more high of a tone. Amazing at how much u can learn from just hearing the older guys talk, I like how they don’t have to say a whole lot to get the point across, just come out with it and that’s it. Lol. Wisdom, bottom line.
YOU HIT A SOLID LOG WITH SOLID GEARS, YOU BLOW THE TRANSMISSION INTO MILLIONS OF PIECES. WHY DOES AN OUTDOOR PROP HAVE A SLIP BUSHING. YOU ARE AN IDIOT. GREAT SET UP BUT NEVER HIT A LOG SOLID, NOT A ROTTEN STUMP BUT A SOLID PIECE OF TIMBER.
Sure do miss these good old days when we had a new video to look forward to every season! Reckon I'm old school! Great camera work (and, of course, dog work) Freddy!
Great tribute to your dog!! My female lab is 13. She was a fanominal retriever in her day. Now she's a house cat. Nice job with the video, I truly enjoyed it
That dog worked and tried to please you and anyone she worked with. That’s amazing & that pup loves you and loved her job. Absolutely reminds me of Tony vandemore & RUFF.
