I have a problem connecting a site-to-site VPN between Cisco Asa firewalls. The vpn starts without problems, both networks at both ends can be seen without problem, but the inside of firewall 1 cannot make a ping or ssh connection to the inside of firewall 2
Bro : some users around 8 were not able to connect to Cisco any connect VPN. But they can connect via mobile data but not internet connection via virgin media and sky. Their internet connection works. I rebooted the CA server as it was hung. What can be the issue? For some users connecting to mobile data then to their wifi fixed the issue. Any ideas

Hello, How can I get to the ASA's outside interface when my PC isn't connected to the same network? N.B. My PC is connected to the Internet.. so for me to connect to the ASA'S outside interface which is connected to a service providers router interface..do I connect to the public IP address of the service provider given to the ASA? Your response would be really appreciated. Thanks a lot 🙏🏾
That means the ISP router is doing NAT/PAT. If the router is doing static nat then you will need to get the public IP from the router. If it's doing pat then you can not access the ASA from outside.
facing error while connecting to VPN. The problem is that every 4 ~ 5 minutes the vpn simply disconnects me with the message: The secure gateway has terminated the VPN connection. The following message was received from the secure gateway: Administrator Reset. This happens when I'm using windows 10. Any response/solution to the above query would be much appreciated.
Thank you so much for this and your part 2 of troubleshooting commands. Your teaching is amazing!!! I look forward to see your part 3. Keep up the good work friend.
