well, my objective is upload in what i think be great documentaries. many people don t have chance to see on tv, this is a great way to find theses docs. i would like upload all my 9/11 docs collection but some channels..........they don t wont.so.......sorry FOR OWNERS, PRODUCERS OF THESE DOCS IF YOU DON´T WANT THE DOCS ON MY CHANNEL, PLEASE CONTACT ME, BEFORE RU-vid, BECAUSE I WILL DELETE THE RESPECTIVE DOCS. It was sheer instinct to try to avoid the iceberg yet, ironically, that was their demise. Had they aimed straight for the iceberg and collided with it head-on, she could've stayed afloat. Tragic.

Its a massive shame they redacted a large part of Bill Spades testimony when he was in the lobby . Ffs its part of the history of that day , so why remove ? RU-vid at its finest .
I remember watching this when it aired on TV . The most heartbreaking documentary made about that day . These heros can never be forgotten and need to be celebrated for their actions . It's tragic that just as many died that day have since passed due to the stuff they breathed in on 9/11 and the weeks and months after in the search for remains and clear up .
I always found it a bit amusing, when Bill boards Keldysh, meets the crew member and asks where his cabin is. The crew member explains it in russian, and I'm always like - yeah, surely Bill understood a word where his cabin is - because he went the opposite way of where he was told (I do speak russian, so yeah, I understood - fun fact, Keldysh was stationed in Kaliningrad which is not far from my country border.) Also, I only now noticed that Don Lynch was also portraying Thomas Andrews, and Ken Marschall was Bruce Ismay!
I worked fo r TS in the mid eighties to '91 then started my own business out of KW. To this day I wear the first coin I ever found around my neck. Alot of the people in this doc are not with us any longer..
I think the most crazy thing in the video was all the cops calling the blackberry phones very expensive and the best phones they said we even have themn lmao that was a thing i forgot

That was great! I remember reading on utube about 7 months ago to watch "ghosts of abyss" as i watched a few great dives that jim cameron had did. And i read the book in 2006 or about that time, and the book was good to see the amazing photos of the great huge ship in colour. But i didnt think about it much, and a few comments were even asking how do i get to see ghosts of the abyss on utube? Is it online and all that stuff. Then i just came across it there by luck. Do you notice even fully grown men when at that depth say "its really scary down here, i had no idea the ship was so big my this is amazing to watch, once you look at it from the side half way up thats when you really see how huge it is" every one knows its big but once they see it for real up close its size just shocks them. And even the sub next to it looked tiny as the lights were on it.
i jog past the "home of james cameron welcome to chippewa" sign everyday as i do my route around the falls on that stretch of Mcleod rd. always proud of him and seeing it daily always hits me in the feels. thanks james for all your time and content throughout the decades. youre the man!
What really got me was the picture of Bernard Brown. The little kid playing with Hot Wheels on the kitchen floor in front of the oven. I have a very similar picture of myself at about that age playing in the kitchen. When I saw that image of him appear on the screen, I lost it. I could only imagine myself as him in that moment. So innocent, so carefree. Gone way too soon, taken from us by cowards.
