Can we rotate the ureteroscopy 180 degree(without the camera) inside the ureter so that the 5 degree downward position of the ureteroscopy became upward so we can see the stone clearly in this position and the working channel became superior so we can hit the stone with the laser fiber without affection the post wall of the ureter!!?
