I mean the cardio only days are definitely something I was going to do for my rest days but the daily cardio is more about discipline. I usually never do cardio not even for 10 minutes. So it’s about building that mental fortitude
-Meditate every morning before eating breakfast, just shower first -Make your post workout shower cold -Set your calories and macros to gain or lose and commit to a training split -Set at least 5 hours every single day to work on what you need to get done mixed with the things that will propel you to do what you really want -read a chapter of a book a day or 30 min
Great advice and that’ll forsure help all that implement it. Personally I haven’t been able to get into mediation and cold showers. I try to find as many hours outside of my 9-5 to do personal work.
@@MoaazMalikTV I’m not claiming any inherit health benefits from cold exposure but it really keeps down mental fatigue after lifting and having work to do afterwards. Meditation similar I literally just set a timer for 10 minutes using an app called medito. I only do it to keep stress low and stay focused

So I actually do have an electric toothbrush. In the midst of moving it’s not at my house right now! Yeah dude I think overall I like the long hair better but it’s good to change it up. So Briyani is a rice dish usually with chicken or beef but it’s good without it as well! I know there are more but I’m blanking right now! Btw appreciate you watching!
So honestly I didn’t do a custom build but found this one that had basically everything I wanted. I wasn’t too fussed about the carbon seats and I’ve heard from some people they’re a little uncomfortable. I really still love the look and feel of these ones.
@@MoaazMalikTV yeah the normal seats look amazing and if they came with only those I wouldn’t be mad at it but the carbon buckets are so badass imo that I would have to get them
Im graduating high school and im so terrified to be thrown into the real world. I see all these older people around who around have their lives set in stone for the rest of their time, but i literally so scared cause i dont even know what i want to do in life. Like i've never had a job and everything I owned came from a set supplier already (my parents ;p) so i didnt really need to worry about where i would sleep or where i would eat. But since im going off to college next year im going to have to get all those things by myself and i so scared and terrified of that thought. Man i really dont want to graduate but shit i guess I have no choice.
