Hi, thank you for the question, as long as you fold the flour in bit by bit,and not over fold the flour. I found it quicker and easier to cooperate the mixture together. Of course there’s another way to do it ,is mixing the wet ingredients with the egg yolks first and fold the meringue into the flour mixture little by little. The end product is the same. What ever way you find it easier for yourself.

Hi, honey will do fine as well. Just to give it a little of sweetness taste, but not too much.

When in season I like to add a good apple for another level of texture and flavor and mix my dressing mayo sour cream crushed celery seed half and half 2 tbsp dill no stems

You can use a bit of maple syrup or honey,just to bring out the sweetness of the salad.
