Group of adults. Multiple rooms. A few days in we found mattress covers with stains from guests who stayed in the rooms before us. SO GROSS! This was in addition to the weak AC, poorly operating fridge, and toilets that don't flush. The bath towel shortage is a real issue. Everything is a long wait due to understaffing, which seems to make the employees miserable. Outside of the a restaurant or two, the food is just awful. Many people ill as a result. This resort is being run by incompetent frauds. They need to fire current management, bulldozer everything … maybe sparing the coffee shop and food truck … to the ground, and start all over! Do not ignore the negative reviews! DO NO GO TO GRAND SIRENIS PUNTA CANA!!!

Worse … some restaurants have top menu items that cost you extra out of pocket. So much for “all” inclusive. Worse … a member of our group came home with salmonella. Buffets smell bad. Food is poorly prepared and maintained. The rooms are beat up, old, moldy, and not cleaned well. One mediocre beer … served up not very cold. The resort is understaffed. Long lines and waits. Most workers seem miserable. GO TO A DIFFERENT RESORT!
Bring lots of extra strength pepto bismol so you can make it though an entire super duper animation show without running to the restroom. Otherwise, due to the undercooked, poorly prepared, and unsafely maintained food, you will need to run to the restroom and miss out on the super duper animation. If you need to run to the restroom, you can run to the public restrooms on the resort that feel and smell like a sewer line exploded in a sauna. ... or you can run to the toilet in your room that may or may not flush, which is line with the room AC that may or may not work, which matches well with the dirty and moldy décor of your room. To begin with, almost every chair in their restaurants has stains. I wish they'd purchased chair casing and wash them from time to time. Watch out the water attractions, you can easily get scratches on your elbows. In some rooms, the water from the shower can leak just below the bathroom door - as a workaround, they suggest placing towels on the floor in front of the bathroom.

@@k_j_n1242 I was there in Feb. I can tell you first hand that the food in the main buffet is cold unless it's cooked in front of you. I was very disappointed. The nightly entertainment is so so. I was a bit surprised that a resort of this size that the entertainment was lack luster. The wifi by the beach is a hit or miss. Mostly a miss. Be careful with the staff trying sell you perks. THEY LIE. We enquired about parasailing for 3 grandkids and were told NO PROBLEM...We purchased it and then were told by the operator only 2 at a time. We were also told if you purchase tickets to the wave/surf machine it would not be charged to your room until you actually use it. WRONG, it was charged immediately to our room. These perks are dependent upon weather
Grand Sirenis Punta Cana ruined our family vacation. Unfortunately, we experienced virtually all of the negative feedback items mentioned elsewhere, including a dump of a room and major stomach illness from undercooked food. What was infuriating was the staff soliciting positive reviews or, worse, taking your cell phone and leaving positive reviews on the resort from your phone. We were solicited for positive reviews. We heard the same from other guests while at the resort. We were warned not to let staff take your cell phone. Each day, every day there are easily 10 to 15 positive reviews on google for ‘super animation’. The resort staff was very persistent on having my phone at check out to ‘check out through expedia app.’ I absolutely refused to hand over my phone, I never logged out through any app, and nothing happened as a result. Save your money and aggravation … READ AND LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Go somewhere else for your vacation!!!
Worst vacation ever! Resort management is very poor at what they do. Bath towels .. just as an example ... are a shortage. We were left with no bath towels multiple days. We would call and message resort and concierge frequently. Always told '20 minutes'. On our last night towels were delivered at 9pm after going to the lobby and complaining for an hour to 3 or 4 different resort people. Rooms are run down, dirty, and moldy. AC does not work well. Toilets clog frequently. Furniture and fixtures are broken. We found all mattress covers soiled with body fluid from whoever stayed in the rooms before us. So gross! Our supposed fold up bed was broken and beat up pieces of what was once a fold up bed. The mattress was not even a fold up mattress. Some restaurants ok. Food at BBQs is too rare. Buffets are smelly and food sits out way too long. Family member ended up needing to be treated with a strong antibiotic due to stomach illness contracted at the resort. Understaffed. Long lines and waits. Pool bar is a crowded mob scene. Public restrooms on the resort feel and smell like a sewer line opened up in a sauna. Do yourself a favor and find a different resort!
Great video, but I wanted to know something about the beach. For us its the most important, is it clean, what about algae, how many peoples are in there and I heard there are many boats extremly close to the shore that you can‘t swim properly. Anyways, thanks for the video, keep it up!
Was there second week of July. Service,food,room was top notch. Had a unique level room which was the same as the adults only room. But you get assigned a butler and have access to the unique bar and restaurant. Views from here are worth it. Buffets were great with tons of options. Beach was well maintained with little to no seaweed. Security kept vendors at a distance. Loud music from tour boats off shore was the only complaint, but bring ear buds and your fine. Never felt busy. Staff never overlooked you if you didn’t tip. A must try location.
They should shut down this disgusting hotel. The worst hotel ever don't waste your money terrible service disgusting food rude staff, dirty rooms, and bugs in the room. The buffet is terrible and the Italian restaurant is terrible and the Brazilian is terrible as well. only the Mediterranean restaurant is good and the steak house restaurant Don't recommend it, don't waste your money for a disgusting hotel. Don't believe fake reviews To be honest Only the show at night is good and the coffee shop and the food truck hotdogs and burger is good too nothing else. Most of the guests are complaining from the rude staff and terrible food and service and they never come back again. Don't GO There! Be aware they try to make u member to their club its scam don't do it .
