Im sure it makes people happy to buy a home, but there is a man who builds homes for 9000 grand out of aircrate which last longer. This scandalous material world we live is financial abuse. Buying a house for 181k is still a rip off but hey, while you're living enjoy every moment including the bad s***hit.

how can I found this page? your website dont work and I tried many times looking for this page ate denver website but I did not see
I'm kinda new to market, really appreciate what you do! what's the best way to benefit from such tax deed? let's say I live pretty far, so what will be best: borrow against it, try to do improvement/construction? Thinking of how to use a good deal the best way
I'm back to your channel years after I initially found you. Definitely Interested in what the market might offer up soon. Looking to use your help! Thank you!!
Yes, some of the nicer homes can sometimes sell for 70%-90% of market value. But there is usually many good buys in the LA Tax Auction. Its a big auction with 800-1000 properties, so its just looking for the right deal. Most years we find homes that sold for 40%-60% of retail. Its just finding the right property and being open to any property that has potential profit. Thanks for watching. Stephen
Yes, that's exactly what I'd like to be doing, (selling the property asap, preferably within 3 months) unless it's rentable, until I have a nice nest egg, and can hold onto a property till I could get a warranty deed
Hi - thanks for the video. What is the exact difference between property records and legal records. My understanding is that the deed information is usually contained in the property records through assessors page while the lien info is listed in the legal/court records. Is that correct? Thanks!
Hi - after I buy a tax lien for a property, will I be responsible for paying off the subsequent years’ tax bills until the owner redeems the property? If I don’t need to pay those subsequent year taxes, who will pay them? Should I do a lien search every year to see who paid them? Also, will I get paid the compound interest or simple interest for my lien? Thanks a lot!
Hi Steve and Shade - thanks for the informative video. I have a question though. I think you said that the county brings the assessed value to zero sometimes for some OTC tax deed properties to help with the taxes. I didn’t quite understand your point. If the county zero the assessed value, wouldn’t the potential investors get discouraged and decide not to buy the property which is actual bad for the county and their tax revenues? I would appreciate if you can clarify. Thank you!
Hi, firstly thank you for this "old but very useful information." I reside in Turkey, but I have an SSN since I lived there. I have enrolled in Lienhub to participate in those auctions in future. My goal is to learn "along the way." When I search some properties in Florida, Santa Rosa County, I found a lots of "OTC"s. But when dived into it, I faced some vague information. Some of them is very big vacant land such 20, 50 acres. I see some liens on it like 64, 58 dollars. Most of them have no addres. Should I avoid of buying them? When I clicked to see more information, I see, say 7 certs issued, no redeemed, does it mean that they are not wented? Mineral rights or subsurface rights mean, you can only benefit from these rights, no other thing cannot be done on this property? Any book or video you have this similar information. I learnd a lots of thing from "THIS VIDEO." Thank you so much once again.
THIS IS AN UPSET TAX SALE - not a free and clear sale! Every sale shall convey the property under and subject to the lien of every recorded obligation, claim, lien, estate, mortgage, ground rent, and Commonwealth tax lien with which said property may have or shall become charged or for which it may become.
If someone purchases a tax delinquent property on online auction and I see they have a tax deed filed in their name for the property… the person then wants to turn around and offer to sell the property to me.. does the tax redemption period still apply? Could I as the new purchaser risk loosing money and my property ?
