I will say something though. DIET doesn't mean STARVE. Diet is eating balanced food to give your body all the nutrients it needs without over eating. You should know what nutrients your body needs to funcion well. the vitamins it needs, the sources of energy, such as protein and glicose, etc. After covid I gained some weight because I was eating really bad, mostly delivery food, because I wasn't going out for grocery shopping or anything. But I noticed sometimes that I was eating a lot and still feeling hungry, so I decided to study the subject. It was because I wasn't feeding my body with the nutrients it needed. Then once I went out and ate a balanced food, it was way less than what I used to eat and I felt satisfied "full" with just too little. After that I started eating well, giving my body what it needed to function. I didn't need to eat "less" delicious food. It is not what diet is about. I just needed to make sure that I would feed my body all the nutrients it needs everyday. And I lost weight without even trying. Just letting people know how it works because most of the time when I see people talking about diet, I see they misunderstand it with starving.
What I learned Chinese are kind and loving people, they have a polite and respectful culture and I almost wished to be born in a community of caring people like that
Would be good if we had the English translation of the word so we knew if it was something really obscure or something everyday and mundane. Also, let us know if they got it right because it’s hard to see the difference if you’re not fluent in Chinese.
I think this was the hardest role chenyang ever done. To sit there making all these girls do it for him, listening they putting their hearts in giving advice to the girl. And what is more impressive is that the accept to answer the call with the intention of helping him but at the end, they start helping the other girl, because they put themselves on her place.
