Where can I get more info about connecting Visio and Project. You did mention that there are intricate ways of doing it, so I take that it is not going to be an Out of the Box solution but still interested in trying that out.
You lost me right from the beginning when your connectivity, collaboration, organize, and efficiency visual was not clear and I had to search through to figure out what it was the visual was trying to convey. I have to wonder how cluttered and scattered a projected would be if that is the intro.
Oops, looks like our intro visuals took a detour! 😅 Thanks for pointing that out. We promise our projects are way more organized than our graphics skills. Appreciate the feedback and we'll make sure to clear things up next time!
Thanks for the feedback! Looks like we aimed a bit high on this one. We’ll make sure to include some more beginner-friendly tips in the future. Stay tuned for easier steps! 👍
Great video. I just downloaded and connected the Power BI app "Microsoft Project for the Web", and it looks like the one you show, however there is no "Resource Allocation" page. How did you get that?
Very good information... I have some queries 1. How to give restricted access to some of the members for particular column? 2. How to give particular format for project ID but serially which should cime automatically? 3. How to use pivot table and graphs for summary in projects?
Thanks for the positive feedback! 🌟 Those are some great questions! While we'd love to dive into all the nitty-gritty details here, it sounds like you might need a bit more space to explore. This was hated as document control using SharePoint. That was not what was in the content, so I will have to look in a different place now. That said, the presentation was informative and appreciated.
Thanks for the kind words! 🥳 Sorry we missed the Board view and customizing cards this time-guess we’ll have to save some goodies for the sequel! Stay tuned!
Thank you for breaking down the new TEAMS update. I am passing this along to my team so we can better understand what the changes are. Appreciate you all taking the time to provide this overview.
Well, we're glad to see you're passionate about productivity tools! Microsoft Lists might not be everyone's cup of tea, but hey, it's always good to keep exploring. Who knows, you might find a hidden gem! Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Thanks for the feedback! Looks like we missed the task management train on this journey through OneNote. Don't worry, though-next time, we'll make sure to give it the attention it deserves. Your input helps us steer in the right direction. Stay tuned for more organized adventures!
Ah, time flies when you're managing projects! 😅 Thanks for the heads-up! While this video may be from the archives, we're always cooking up fresh content. Stay tuned for the latest and greatest!
One of your topics is : The timescale printed doesn't match what I see on my screen: On Views menu: Zooming 'Entire Project" shows only months or project activity, (Jan-Dec.) yet when I go to print, it includes a blank month of Dec from the previous year??
Thank you for this video. I'm trying to create a project management hub site and link other project pages to it. I get confused when I hear that modern design says to never use a subpage but to make them all hub pages I guess? Even for the individual project team sites? Additionally, can you make a dynamic hub page (or site page) that automatically adds projects to a site's page dynamically? I guess each user would have their own dedicated hub page and projects in which they are listed would auto populate (the "blades") on the side....? Sorry, I'm new to this and learning from scratch. Thanks!
Nice intro to this app. I thought OneNote with Lists would work, but Planner is scalable enough to be applied, I think for tasks, projects, and different teams. Thanks.
I tried to use MS Forms for the first time and said hey, how do I remove the automatic numbering. What if I am creating a form where numbers do not make sense? Oh can't do it? Wow. Great job again MS.
