No. If we’re talking overall in hindsight Yes but at the time, definitely no. Snoop Dogg had two of the most pivotal albums from the West Coast. He was the biggest artist arguably at the time definitely bigger than Nas definitely bigger than LL and definitely bigger than Pac. When you look at the House of Blue show that after death which became a marketing tool towards Tupac fans, Snoop Dogg was the headliner of that show and Pac opened up for him. Remember that show was exactly 2 months before he died. Now if Pac was alive with Makaveli came out and surpassed The Dogfather in sells than maybe.
