The seat belt seems to go over the seat? If you look at M3 GTS with Recaro Pole Position, the seat belt goes through the hole of the seat. I'm not sure if you mounted it the right way?
Hey man, I used chatgpt for the translation as I speak a bit Deutsch but not often. In any case I agree with you, the plan is to buy a new set of wheels (protrack 9x17 ET35/38) and a new fresh set of Direzza. Also I'm trying to save more weights with lighter hood (-10/15 kg?) and I'll install a lighter battery as well. Also thinking about a lighter flywheel to save some kg especially on unsprung mass. Goal is to reach 1300kg with 1/4 fuel tank and driver (75 kg). 40 kg less and better grip overall I agree with you that 7:3x is possible. Already know with a better knowledge of the track 7:3x is already there but needs more risks and I have to bring the car back at home : )
Hey mate, kw v3 suspensions plus kw clubsport springs on the front (70*170) plus helper and on the rear it's harder then v3 or cs (stock option is the same for both) but I don't know the spring ratio. Here's the code reported on the spring 49g19. By the way people that use kw competition on the same car are nunning 140 kg on the front.
It depends on how bad/good are the roads where you are use to drive the car and what are you looking for from your car. I mean I went with uniball and solid bushings because it's the best mod to improve the car on track but I'm not using the car daily or in the city center. I lost all the comfort that the car had out of the factory but I don't mind because I'm not looking for it. As I said think about the purpose of the car and find the best compromise. Probably if you don't want to lose all the comfort in terms of nvh go with poly bushings
@@skynzilla Thanks, as I thought. I daily drive my 130i and my rear end is completely shot. I love the gear whine but that's about it - if I can avoid additional vibrations and harshness, it's better! I'll probably Powerflex Black everything back there
Honestly when I bought this car I didn't know about all the bmw models available on the market and I wasn't even aiming for powerful cars as when I bought this 130i I was 18 and this was my first car and it was already too much expensive for my pocket. When I start to go on track back to 2015/16 I wasn't expecting to end up with all the mods that I went through until today and I wasn't aiming to have a proper tracktool. Also why I didn't switch from 130i to 135i through this years is because I love NA cars more than turbo and also because in Italy is way too expensive to maintain already the 130i which is 265hp and my salary it's around 1400/1500 per month as I'm a simple employee. For example this month I had to pay two taxes that you must pay every year for every single vehicle that you own and I payed almost 700€ for the 130i which is sitting in the garage since November 2022 and I won't use it this year due of issues job related and lack of time. Now imagine having a 135i that costs you (in Italy) only thousand euro per year sitting in the garage. I find for my current pocket the 130i already on the limit as 2nd car and my current daily is a 2005 Toyota aygo, payed 400€ and before this one my daily was a 2002 Ford fusion. So it will be hard to have something more than 130i and after the latest mods that I did on the car I don't feel any reason to change it. I love it, it's my first car, it will probably die with me and there is still a lot of things to improve before upgrade to a better performance car or think about the "lack" of performance that the car has. Thanks for your answer
Great lap and car sounds stunning!! i see you also have the air intake scoops fitted behind the front kidney grilles, ever noticed any difference ? positive or negative? or fitted just for the looks?"😋
@@skynzilla ok, yeah problem with dyno is you never get enough wind/air into them to actually messure anything i guess... think if it works it will only make a difference at really high speeds!... as in at least 150 km/h or more! if i can get them somewhere for cheap i will give it a test on autobahn... 😜
@@skynzilla that's a fantastic time around the ring I'm looking at buying a e87, coming as a Z4 owner. And have you done much in weight reduction? Or is it stock, around ~1370kg
@@AKK5I thanks. Car with automatic transmission, navi and almost no fuel was 1475 kg, driver included. I saved 140 kg ca. Would be easy to save another 40 kg with lighter bonnet, lighter battery and bms cowl filter delete. Should weight 1300 kg with 1/4 tank and driver.
@@skynzilla great, if you're interested, A company called "deadweight industries" assemble battery units made with LifePo4 cells. I have their Touge 500 battery on my Z4 E85. Incredibly light, only like 3.5kg vs a heavy lead acid battery. Expensive though
Grazie mille!
Ciao Ale, grazie mille. A spanne ti direi 280 cv circa.
Ciao Ale, grazie mille! Cosa hai preso?
Hey sorry for the late reply. Not really at the moment, my oil Temps is constantly at 120 degrees or at least this is what the cluster says. I'll add an oil cooler during the winter break
Thanks mate. I managed 12 laps this year after three years of being away from the nurburgring. By the way Alex Hardt lap was for long time the reference for our little 130i. My car at the moment is much more tracktool/ringtool in depth than Alex's 130i so it's really unfair to do a comparison between. From my perspective there is still room to improve and it's all about getting confidence with the track and have confidence in some really fast spots where I prefer to avoid any kind of risks. At the moment the fastest 130i around the ring is Arne Michel with a stunning 7.43 and a 7.42 not present on the tube. In the end it's hard to find the limit of car or what the car can achieve with the right amount of risk, the right day with the best Temps for tyres, brakes and engine performance and the right trafic jam. My car, imho can lap below 7.40. Possibly 7.3x mid-high it could be the best laptime considering the best case of the previous factors on the same components and weight. With less weight and better components it can be 7.3x low but you need big balls to send it properly. Enjoy your 130i and if you have the chance visit the nurburgring if you didn't already. At least one time!
@@skynzilla it's good of you to give Alex Credit,he is the reason I bought a 130i,inspiration to me and motivation for you, that's quite a mod list wow,I've only put a coolerworks pro shortshifter in,nice for heel and toe and I'm only going to work :-),and agreed I've got to do some laps at the ring, stay fast and safe
Thanks mate, you can find all the mods in the description. By the way without traffic this could have been a couple of seconds quicker. I think that car is capable to do 7.38 but you have to take lots of risk.
