As a 30 yr veteran of archery..injuries force me to use a cross bow ...not happy..it's hard ..impossible to tune...have killed twice..but just not as satisfying ..as a real bow
I completely understand your feelings. Since this video (I think I made it 2-3 years ago) I have went completely compound bow. With that said, I have zero problems with someone that wants to shoot a crossbow, I just prefer a compound.
The biggest problem with ground blind hunting is visibility. You’re constantly straining to cover the various peek holes. It’s not much fun and this technology seems to eliminate that problem. Thanks for sharing. I’ll check them out. 🦌🍀
I fished above Clayton yesterday and I have been fishing for trout since 1975 with my dad. I have learned something every year and yesterday was no exception. I learned I was getting too old to be the dare devil that I was. Climbing and getting in the right spots are difficult and most don't attempt. I scaled down to the place I liked and first cast I hung one, second cast I hung up broke my line, left my hooks in truck and had to do it again, up and down. Can't move very well today but I love trout fishing and can't wait to go back
Getting older doesn’t mean you can’t do the stuff you used to, you just have to do it differently! My dad got his knee replaced a few months ago so he was not able to go trout fishing this year, but next year we are back at! Thanks for the comment!
I turn down free products almost daily…if I’m gonna take time to make a video of something, it’s because I honestly think it’s a good product, or a good value. The companies I do reviews for give me no guidelines on what I can say. With that said Tidewe has sent me numerous items and almost all of them have been great. I’ve never hunted out of a blind with a bottom in it.
There is a small creek, not sure of the name that rounds back behind the Jekyll pier. You need a smaller boat to get under the bridge but there are a few deep holes in there that hold fish…especially on low tides but be careful, you may get stuck in there.
Ya those powerbait magnum eggs kick butt for trout, we Carolina rig them. And put enough of them on that it floats the hook off the bottom. And the trout go nuts for them. Shout out from Canada
If you’re in South Georgia, they are literally at nearly every bait and tackle shop, not so much at the big box chain stores (bass pro, wal-mart, etc,). I believe he also has a website that ships as well. Gaboylures.com
