Has anyone here bought one and used it for a while? I'm seriously thinking about buying one but I haven't seen to many reviews. Im looking to buy the FD1+
@@nathshaw cuta copter boss . i do agree with nathashaw i used to have fd2 paid 3k with 3 bateries it just pass 2 months after purchase for the baitdropper to fail then the charger and 11 moths later it fall in to the ocean , also they never honored warranty on charger or baitdropper!!! just got me a cuta copter i heard alots of good stuff
I wonder how much “weight” a drone is pulling with a bait, sinker, rig, 200-500mtr line, reel drag plus the wind …….. I’ve used a full battery on the SD2 taking a bait to 400mtrs a few times
Here's my review don't buy it... Our foundation tried to work with this company to get these into the hands of public safety... This company makes garbage with props on it, its called crash drone not splash drone. They sold us to Drones that both crashed within an hour flight we sent them back to China for repair and they never sent them back, or refund our money... When I opened one of them it had water inside and I never even fluid over water that was out of the box.... All the emails I have all the videos I have all the correspondence with the CEO of the company Eric Hu... The guy is a crook... I would never ever buy anything from this company we have a cinematography friend of mine who works for the discovery channel bought one of these on his first flight the camera fogged up and they would not replace it do not buy any products from this company that's my review I don't need to see the crap in the box...
Inspire 2 are the best, That is a fact, but , even a real nice used Inspire 2 is 4 grand, and batteries are 250 each and you need at least 4 to go sharking. And there is no cheap protection plan, I have one but it hates the salt air. I used to use the Phantom 4 pro for 5 years, and it was great, just limited range with a decent bait. I have gone though 4 FD1 drones, but they are cheap and Amazon has a 30 day return policy, and their protection plans are dirt cheap, so they get used every day for month on SPI and if they go silly I just send them back, if they still work I sell them and get a new one for the next trip. For 1200 plus 140 for another battery the FD1 is the deal. I keep the P4 Pro for a backup and for video and photos. I catch over 100 sharks a year on these and it is just so convienient compared to a kayak. I have used the FD1 in 25 mph wind and it just doesnt care.
Hey Chris, you are a legend in the SPI sharking world, with that 14 ft tiger years ago. when are you going to be down on SPI . I would like to meet you and see what your system is. I am the old guy with 4 Daiwa Seaborg electric reels on the front of my rig. Mike from 1 1/2 whute guys did a short vidoe with his friend Danny last April I think.
@@christopherdeaver5372 I will be fishing on SPI every afternoon in October. I have a blue grey Lexus GX with a black cartop box and lots of rods on the back. So you know Mike Deaver, I think he used to have the Texas Shark fishing site, and I thought they landed a huge 14 ft tiger a good while back. That was the best Sharking site on the net. Matt, Is there a special tool for undoing the clips as I really don't want to damage them as mine are bloody tight? If you are unscrewing them, is it LH or RH thread? Lastly, can you purchase new clips from you if they are damaged?
Thank you!!! Agree in the poor instructions, I've got a different board from the photos... For new buyers: There are no binding pins in the new model. There is a button that has to be pressed when you plug the battery.

Very cool drone. How does it handle landing in water inverted? Can the props generate enough force to flip it back over so it can take off, or do you need to manually recover it?
No disrespect to your daughter but you should have had someone experienced with a camera to shoot this. The whole talk about it while on the ground should have been on a tripod. If you want people to follow your video, do it right! I appreciate your time discussing the Inspire copycat but please, film your next video properly! Geez! Ive had extremely bad experiences with Walkera and will not go within 20 km of this crap. No customer service and crappy gimbles, cameras etc. Stay away from Walkera. The Tally H500 had a $100.00 gimbal and you got what you paid for. My guess this one is the same.
Please, tell me how to eliminate jello effect? I have SJ4000cam. With G-2d and added 7g weight to the left of the gimbal everything be ok, but with this gimbal things are different...
