I wondered that as well. As of 2/18/2016 it sayson usps website “According to Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), when sealing a Flat Rate Envelope (FRE) or Flat Rate Box (FRB), the container flaps must be able to close within the normal folds. Tape may be applied to the flaps and seams to reinforce the container, provided the design of the container is not enlarged by opening the sides and the container is not reconstructed in any way.” And then it says “If an FRE or FRB is presented at the office of mailing and the customer has manipulated or reconstructed it, the container is accepted using weight and zone - not the Flat Rate price. A customer is not required to repackage an item unless the contents are fragile and would be at risk of damage during processing and transit.”
She has been a holly grail of mine forever!!! She is limited to 250 pieces and is supper hard to find. But I finally found one on Facebook, so I will hopefully buy her💕🤩😍
Thank you for the very helpful video. I thought Duende would be the same colour as the prototype, which would have looked almost exactly like my heart horse who passed several years ago but the models don't look like him :( hopefully Breyer will produce that colouring on this model.

I remember this horse from somewhere when he was brand new - like advertised online, or on someone's Breyerfest sales list or something! Blast from the past!
This is Ruffan because I'm looking up a picture of the real horse and her tail mane and and all of her feet are black or a dark brown not white I am looking up a real picture of her right now did you customize her or did someone else? I do have a Breyer horse in the mode his name is American Pharoah
