We bought this awhile back and never used it and forgot about it.. I finally got it out to try it out and it doesn't work at all.. the HD see app doesn't even work.. the WiFi connection to my phone good but, I don't get anything from the camera.. the light works.. charged it overnight and it won't work at all without the charger cord hooked up either. Anyone know why? Otherwise we bought junk
Mine isn't working either never used it. Bought it new but, forgot about it and finally tried using it but, only get a black screen and the APP don't work either
I want to ask again the last question if I left this in my house I can watch live? It should be yes right? Because you said it’s WiFi so as long I have WiFi and this thing connected aswell to the WiFi where ever it is.. please correct me if I’m wrong and explain why? Thank you
You need to connect it (wirelessly) to a device at your home, such as a router or a device that is connected to your router. Use a DDNS service to obtain a static IP address so you can view it outside your home from a device connected to internet elsewhere.
@@naturallyitsabogus3196 The other issue is that its optics are [probably] for macro photography (up close), not 10 or 15 feet reasonably crisp focused viewing. If your router can pick up its signal, then it can be port forwarded to a DNS site for viewing on portable devices on mobile data or someone else's WiFi.
