no, you can fish the straps around pretty easy. I used an oring pic to snag and pull them thru. lifting the tank is pretty easy tho and i have to to reach my air filter.

if you need the extra room the 20 is great it fits good and not to bulky. the 30 starts to get a bit bulky tho.

Ajo Joseph no it was really easy, i just loosened the side panels and fished them through, the tank ones were a bit trickier but just lift it as if you were cleaning the air filter and you can get to the front frame that way, 👍
