1st time i used the gun it was a water hose runs every where. Did you reduce wth activator ? by how much. Also my settings were ,Bottom wide open/fan wide open and 3.5 out from closed fort he fluid.29 psi
A pistola e todo, a terminação que deixo, nem polindo se supera a terminação que deixo, ela é cara, ela faz algo que outras não fazem , e o serviço de polir não vai precisar , ela fica top.
Do you happen to have paint code on this I have been looking for this exact color but can not find it I think I found it from house of kolor but they will not return calls for a paint chip
Wait that was a wet on wet coat ? I use master uhs clear and it runs way to easily if i even attempt a heavy coat the first layer of clear. Imteresting 😊
Hi Mike, thanks for watching and commenting. Nooooo, I did wait in between coats for the flash of time. I just did not film the waiting and edited the video.
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Didn't get any notification on my phone, just seen it in my mailbox. First of all, just keep on practicing and don’t stop. At a moment you will get the right distance and speed of the gun and then it will feel natural. Make sure that after you sprayed the first coat of clear, you wait enough time (flash of time) that the clear is sticky for the second coat.
Wow the filters are getting crazy. Funny story I was being irresponsible with acetone and that's what it looks like when you and the job are on fire. Be safe kids.
Hi, Yes, unfortunately sometimes it happens even in the paint booth. It is probably because I did not close the holes of the windscreen washers properly from the inside of the hood. 🥴
Hi, it’s possible to use the gun for some base colors but it won’t put down al metallics like silver down fine as the basecoat gun because it’s specially designed for clear coat.
Nikko thank you! Normally I have the fluid and fan wide open and spraying at 2.1 BAR / 30 PSI. But in this case with spraying wheels / rims I have the fluid around 3.5 turns open and the fan 2.5 turns open, spraying at 1.9 BAR / 27 PSI.
@@Gifted0488 Sometimes I forget to go slower then the Sata 5000 and then I find myself spraying it on too dry on the first coat. How do you like the speed? Do you get closer to the panel to move fast or you take it on slow
Yep I just move slower also. I get nervous getting closer then about 6 inches to the panel especially on panels with a lot of curves. If I want to go faster I just grab my sagola but the finish isn't as nice as the 5500
Hi Diamond Details, thank you very much for stopping by at my channel. I will be making new content, but struggle at this moment with a torn meniscus in my knee, so things are going slow. But I’m working on getting back.
