I think your talking abut the front bumper but if your not oh well but those vents on the front bumper i believe are gtr r33 air ducts and he cut into the bumper molding them in,,,,,, on 0:03 you can see the air ducts closer and 0:53 you can see the vents curve inwards such as the ones in a video if you look up r33 air duct
