I do. I personally use the Holo red dot sight but I imagine using others will work the same, maybe better. It does have 100 rounds per load (300) in total, I believe but those rounds do expel quick. Lately, I have been able to get a few decent kill streaks while playing but there are definitely a lot of hackers / cheaters that ruin that. I would say, the M240B is probably one of the better firearms in the game. At least out of the ones I have.
