Good video! I'm ftm [barely 3 months on T now] and on my 3rd year of my phd program. I have yet to come out to my lab/PI and I was wondering if you could give advice on how you started that conversation with your advisor? I know once my voice drops I won't be able to pretend like nothing is changing but my relationship with my advisor is already strained :/
