Seems very wasteful to use such a wide ribbon. Can you shift it sideways and use the ribbon a second, third, fourth time? Or feed multiple pieces of heat shrink at once?
The printer was a bit complicated to hook up ru-vid.comUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 but it does the job very efficiently. I like the ink wells versus the ink cartages that cost an arm and a leg. It prints quickly and the quality is excellent. It shuts off when not in use, so you have to remember to turn it on. Overall, it exceeds my expectations. I'll update my review in a couple of months.

Does the Printer have to have a contact with surface to which I want to print? (or simply said, do the both wheels have to roll during printing? ). Is there possibility to print without "touching" the surface? Thanks for info.
The wheels of the EBS-260 do need to move to trigger the printing mechanism. However, another of our printers, the Anser U2 Smart, can "throw" ink up to 1 inch away for touchless printing. You can learn more about that printer here: www.dasco.com/anser-u2-smart-0-50-inkjet-printer.html If you have further questions, please reach out to our sales team directly here: www.dasco.com/contact-us
The newer printer in the handjet line, the EBS-260 does offer logo importing. Video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FsR259OODrg.html Unfortunately, the EBS-250 will not receive a software update to include this feature.
The ink cost for the EBS-260 is between $135 and $140 (USD). You cannot use multiple ink colors in a single machine. If you wanted to swap between two colors of ink, you would need two printers - each configured for different color ink.
Yes. There are several inks avaliable for the EBS-260, including Acetone, Methylethylketone (MEK), and UV-Resistant ink. What application do you have in mind?
I was selling these printers. The printer is designed and manufactured in Poland. The main application is the marking of pallets, concrete rings and barrels. But advertising agencies also found a use for her. I have a T-shirt which I printed with graphics - 50 washes and still blue as on the day of printing. Of course, it has its downsides, the main one being that you can't easily change the color. Best regards to the EBS Polska team.
Hey, I am just curious..If i want to start a clothings brands by this Machine do u think it’s a good idea? Also how much does it cost the ink when its finish? Does the ink permanent in tshirt/hoodie? Give me some advice.
@@OneNationSoul Hello, I didn't have any problems during use. After working with the device, when I knew that it would not work for a few days, I used a cleaning cartridge. In Poland, there is full support from the manufacturer as an expression of the failure. I don't know what it looks like in your region. Ink consumption depends on many factors. You have to do tests and choose the optimal parameters. There are also different types of inks for different substrates. I had the pleasure to work directly at EBS and played a little with this equipment. It is not only suitable for production companies, but also for advertising, e.g. printing on T-shirts, shoes, advertising banners.
It can print in diacritic characters such as é ê ë ç ñ ø ð. Yes, some inks for the EBS-260 are water-resistant. Specifically, MEK and Acetone. If you send me your email address or phone number, I can have a salesperson reach out to answer further questions.
Do you have any models that feature graphics capable print heads, in 4 color, using pigmented inks if possible. Large easy to read characters are nice. Dot matrix quality needs to be improved.
Both the EBS-250 and EBS-260 are monochrome printers that are programmed to print with only one type of ink. If you wanted to swap between two colors of ink, you would need two printers, each configured for different color ink. Reach out to us at www.dasco.com/contact-us
