By nature, Belacan Bihun does have a strong flavour from the tiny shrimp paste. Even some locals can’t go with the taste of the century egg. Some claim it contains a strong smell of urine. The Kolo Mee served doesn’t look authentic. Perhaps, you should just try out from normal typical coffee shops.
It's pricey cause the area itself is business place,the building is so modern,try to take some street food in different parts of Jakarta dude,thanks to visit our country
KL is a small city compared to Jakarta. KL is only 243 km² while Jakarta is 661 km², of course there's less polution in smaller city. u can compare Jakarta with Bangkok or Metro-Manila cuz those are huge metropolitan city just like Jakarta, but u can't really compare Jakarta to KL.
My wife like tahu gejrot, but I don't like. The liquid tasted yikes for me. It's good if you like, but don't shy to say if you don't like any Indonesian food. Because not all Indonesian food made for all people, even for Indonesian like me as example.
