i drank alot of milk as a kid. i was in tip top shape. i never broke a bone in sports skateboarding karate , nothing never. the only bone i eveer broke was from a chariot pit. and i didnt even know it happened until i got home. its like mainlining adrenaline
I've been on a kick this last week rewatching Chariot live shows and I just wish anyone else could pull what they did with energy but idk if it'll ever happen. The closest thing to it is Haste the Day's Furnace Fest 2023 performance last week

NoJoshinJoshy they had been performing with this energy for 10 years, id imagine keeping up this level of energy for 10 years would be brutal, doing the sames songs over and over, and having to SCREAM them and headbang. plus I can only imagine how many times they've probably been injured over the course of the 1000+ shows they've done lol, look up some of the more insane shows, im amazed they made it to 10 years lol.
