Welcome to Raider World! After serving 14 Years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps and as a Marine Raider, I felt it was time to change boots, and go on a different ride. My time in service, Special Operations, and adventures around the World has laid the foundation for who I am today I always had a passion for Motorcycles. During and After the Military, I discovered whether I was riding or working on them, I felt a sense of freedom. A freedom from stress, anger, grief, etc. A form of therapy and mental fitness. There’s nothing like letting cruising winds blow away life’s daily struggles. The doors of opportunity are there, you alone have the freedom to open them. In this channel, I cover a variety of topics to include: Installation and Reviews of Harley Davidson and Aftermarket Harley Davidson Parts, traveling/touring, and your occasional Veteran Owned Company Shout-Out. Looks great... I have this light on my bike and I love it. I'm pretty sure I bought it after you installed it on your King Tour Pak. Always enjoy your video Brother! Ride safe and thanks for your service!
I found the best way to remove OEM badges is to use the heat gun & dental floss or plastic fishing line. This way removes 80% - 90% of the 3M tape as you’re removing the badge
Thank you for making this review. Was your son riding as fast as this bike could take him? Wondering how fast it would be with my 10-year-old daughter on one. Also, have you had any issues with bolts coming loose? Wondering if I need to Loctite every single bolt on the bike. Oh, and does it take hills decent? We live in the mountains.
This is great for a starter bike, my son has upgraded sense this this video. Everyone learns differently, and some develop an experience level quicker than others. Only issues I’ve had with this bike, is having to clean out the carburetor constantly. I would absolutely loctite things, but not completely necessary for every bolt and screw. Takes hills very well!
Great video man , ill take all the help i can get. Just picked up a 23 lowrider st and will do maintenance myself. Coming from a ducati monster which has very few video how to's.. excellent video..thank you..😊
Just an FYI. Ciro makes a luggage rack lift kit. Makes the luggage rack sit just a bit higher and really helps with getting straps secured and (as applicable) for making the center, tourpak brake light so it is not blocked by luggage
It honestly can fit any set-up with a 180 tire, and cut out slider covers. I would’ve went with a Native Front fender, but the El Dorado Paint is custom from HogWorkz. So it only made sense to get the fender straight from HogWorkz. Still a great fender, and for the price!
Absolutely! Thank You. I don’t know to many people that make them. I’m against them after in was hit on my bike. My hands didn’t come out in time and ended up fractured/split half my fingers
Bike does not need to be jacked up, but it easier on a jack. Just make sure to check the fluid levels on the kickstand reading from your service manual. Also, you have to fill your primary with your bike straight up and down.
Awesome video man. I was wondering which jack you have, the link you provided won’t load because of the security of the website or the link or something…
I was using the J&S Jack, but they have closed down shop sense then. If your looking for an amazing setup, check out this video I did ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZueOPcqXDuk.htmlsi=DuUA7cyiNzX2G_r2
Nice you deserve it. Your videos are great and very informative. One of my favorites is when you did lower rockers on red RG. I found it super helpful. Appreciate your time.
Quite frankly, you will continue to grow. I appreciate your organization when doing tutorials. Tools laid out, sizes given, difficulties explained not edited away. I have purchased products and installed them with your videos. Never underestimate your impact.
How long did it take you to remove and reinstall that inner fairing? I don’t plant to paint the gauge rings but just want to get an idea before tearing apart the bike.
It looks a lot more complicated than it is. It very simple! Obviously it takes longer having to film it, but you can get it taken apart in about 45min. That’s having your tools ready and making sure not to damage your bike lol
