I miss this, I was a freshman in hs and would always have a vid to watch after school, these Minecraft lp’s were the best on fridays. Ray still streams but something about this specific group was special
god bless the memories made and the lives that were touched by the amazing times we shared. not sad to see it go, because everything beautiful dies eventually, and RT was wilting a long time. and yes, it was Warner and DEI nonsense that caused it and if you disagree you probably lean like they were forced to.
I'm glad for three things: 1. That I was there to witness Achievement Hunter and Rooster Teeth in their prime 2. Everyone seems to agree on what was AH/RT's prime 3. I'm not the only one who comes back to watch their old videos
watching this brought back so many memories of this time 🥲 but am i the only one who peeped when Ryan was singing Black or White that he said "or 12 or 9" which aged poorly given what he was accused of The time stamp is 1:20:31
I feel distraught watching this. Why does time advance like it does? I have no control over the things I love, I can’t keep them around, and the world just becomes scarier and scarier. I want this time back. I want it back.
Rooster Teeth has buried its production under the weight of its managers hubris. They thought diversity hiring and going woke would bring more viewers over sticking with tried and true talent. I prefer to remember them as they were 2012-2016. Good riddance.
@@MajorNutsack I hear this take a lot, but I don't think "going woke" is why they failed. They had poor treatment of minorities and overcorrected. There was an appropriate response to their past, and this (hiring people without seeing if they actually bring in views) wasn't it.

Not to mention that the company ending has just left the prominent people to start again without any of the corpo shit. It’s always sad to see Ray in all these games having a good time not playing Minecraft, if only they had noticed that GTA and Minecraft was getting repetitive maybe Ray wouldn’t have left
Ray didn't leave because he hated AH, but because he loved streaming. His exit was inevitable. Though it would have been nice seeing him happier in the later let's plays.
@@DM_Owari I know he didn’t hate AH, but he has been vocal about how bored he got of playing the same two games for so long. I will also agree with you that he seemed to lean towards streaming more anyways, and that his exit would have happened at some point
Just heard RT was being dissolved today. This was the first video I watched. It made me sad, but these memories will always be here. I remember watching all of these videos the moment they were released, and it's crazy to look back on them nostalgicly.
O wish i could wipe my brain of AH just to experience it again for the 1st time. It would never be the same as waiting week to week and day for day for new episodes like i did from 2011-2016
