Poor example of a cerebellar tremor. A cerebellar tremor is a PROXIMAL dominant tremor that increases in amplitude as the target is reached( upper limb) with the direction of the tremor at a right angle , in the transverse plane , to the direction of movement. If the tremor is in the vertical plane the cause is more likely to be due to proximal weakness of the limb.
