I always wondered which musical act this was supposed to be parodying - it was often obvious on NTNON, if it wasn't just a spoof of the genre in its entirety. This one though, I can't find any parallels for.
It's worth noting how cool this song is from a strictly musical standpoint. That sick little riff dipping briefly into ¾-time punctuates so perfectly, and I'm impressed by how the song manages such Hard Rock qualities without guitars. The Rutland Weekend pirate sketch with George Harrison was genius and RWT did give us Neil Innes incredible Rutles. End Of Part One worked better on the radio as The Burkiss Way. The sets on radio are much more impressive.
I already thought about that one: the distinction of what is "a thing inside" and what is "the object containing the things inside" is quite arbitrary and a thing of human convention. Hmm but now I'm thinking maybe it could do that when I remember how it disassembled Arboghast but left the humans intact
AWESOME!!! song. Just a right shame it is so short. I wonder if someone can ediit ( a little) & extend it double it or maybe TRIPLE!!! it's play back time. I don't know about others. But, i think i would really go onC,'MON some tech genuis can at least try to do it & re-post it. I would but, i haven't a clue on editting & almost anything tech ( at my age) anymore. More than anything I am amazed that his old, off-brand, probably never been replaced, 5 point harness held up under the absolutely rediculous amount of g-force it was under. I mean SFI wants them replaced every 2 years or even sooner than that if it shows wear from stress or exposure.
