Not really worth it especially in this game mode as deaths have a lot more weight to them than kills. The damage is good enough w/ a regular ap/tank build vs squishier targets and can combo tankier players when needed.
Yoo sir are u always running triple accu built for guild league or u swap depending on the matchup ? also how much dr i need to be feeling tanky rn fully buffed i can get 625(without self buff) and doesn't really feel tanky
I swap to taebaek if there's not many evasion targets for me to fight. For DR I want to be around 650-660 DR with buffs (including charm), running more than that hurts my damage a lot.
Hey raid, would you be willing to do a ba session with me? Give me some tips and pointers for valk? I want to become great at the class but almost all the information about it is old or hard to find
its been years since I played my Valk but I kind of feel like trying it out again just a little intermediated by the APM that everyone says it is but looking at the combos from the discord its looks high but simple buttons mostly mouse and directions. does that seem like a fair assessment?
Yeah I think that's pretty fair. The reason people say that is because this isn't a class you can hop on for an hour or two, look up a protected combo , and expect to contribute a lot to fights. You should be prepared to mess around with it as much as you can and be patient with the kit. If you get through that the class is a lot of fun and very rewarding.
I see your echowalk never bugs out, im trying it myself but it cant seem to do it as fast, is it a lack of practice or something? My valky can get like a streak of 3 dashes done well still she starts blocking, nice video, I have so many more questions but this is a really, really nice video, glad to see you havent given up on valkyrie and keep pushing her limits
BA has a lot more frames compared to the rest of the game so it's a lot easier to do prompt walk quickly and consistently. It is still possible to do it with lower frames but it requires slower inputs in order to maintain consistent movement. Focus on consistently producing the movement (which is basically LMB > Space > Q) before you begin to do it quicker (and remember the speed is also tied to your framerate).
Going on a binge of your videos Raiden, Ik you stream but keep up the good work here, im curious to know what you think of a tierlist for valkyrie matchups, as in easy, challenging, hard matchups for her, and tips and tricks for each class, f.ex when a ninja blockjumps on a valkyrie, they normally wait for enslar jump to then grab, so a trick is to shift lmb, lancia lustiae (the windup animation looks similar to when valk prepares to jump, and most players fall for it) to then be able to cancel out with f jump once they reappear and try and go for the grab... what do you think? Could be a interesting video to make and especially helpfull for the valkyrie community

This is probably a dumb question, but how are you guys able to tell when skills like Woosa’s Storm Cloud or Wizard’s Blizzard are being used when you have enemy skill effects disabled?
Something I've been wondering but I'm not sure who/where to ask: Why do you guys completely disable the skill effects of enemy players? Are you just looking at their animations to recognize which skills they're using?

I definitely push the kit to it's limits. Sometimes for better sometimes for worse, but I am confident enough in myself to be able to combo using whatever skills I have available. Playing this match up with enslar core also feels awkward to work with personally but I wanted to showcase both for the video.
